    Drop the batch quantity by 3-5 eggs so none of them are touching the side wall and they’ll be runny and perfect. Same method applies, but the example egg I pulled off the side. Still very soft in the middle, but if you want runny I’d drop the quantity.

    There’s no doubt that was a challenge at the beginning, but I had done carnivore every January for the past couple of years so Id say I was already used to eating simply. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to really get the cravings to go away, but I promise they really do go away. The body is unique. Once you cut out everything you don’t need, the body begins to crave the food it does need. There’s also plenty of KZreadrs that post recipes on various food items they eat in a day. I prefer to be much more simple/strict - the less options for me the better! If you have any other questions let me know! I’m happy to help out in any way I can.
