There is a popping/gurgling sound throughout this recording. I heard it during your last recording. I do not hear it on any other KZread video.

Where can I find the dimensions of this block?
@denisestilling2810Күн бұрын
The block of this 9 patch appear to be 4 1/2 inches….the squares would be 2 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches and these are sewn together to make 2 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches then attached to a 2 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inch strip. (Make 4 of these). The remaining four squares frame the 2 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches square using 1 1/2 by 2 1/2 inches and 1 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches strips (Make 4 of these) …the centre square is just 4 1/2 by 4 1/2 inches.

My first thought was to make a pillow cover so it could be spun in circles...each block a bit moved like a butterfly flying, a fish jumping, etc.
@denisestilling2810Күн бұрын
@@deejarrell9112 one could put other blocks in the 2 1/2 in square or fussy cut a motif in this block.

I also remember a quilt Jonathan made years ago that would not be accepted in a big quilt show due to its theme - Dia De Los Muertos! If I remember the name correctly. People were ignorant back then!
