  Estoy muy triste por que mi sobrinita probablemente sea asmática y aunque veo y veo vídeos sobre el asma, en lugar de tranquilizarme me pongo peor. Todos los vídeos dicen que es controlable, que no limita la calidad de vida, pero en los comentarios la gente dice cosas distintas y de verdad me duele por que mi sobrina ama correr, saltar, bailar, arrastrarse en el piso, jugar con peluches, jugar con sus mascotas 😔, le encantan los helados y cosas frías... Desearía tanto con todo mi corazón que nadie tuviera que atravesar por esto. Simplemente es muy difícil.

  Ponga a nadar a su sobrinita, busque un plan con su pediatra, yo me fui asmático de nacimiento y hasta mis 11 años nadie le aconsejo a tiempo a mi madre ña natación. Después de 3 años de natación me CURE! no se den por vencido, ánimo. Tengo 35 años y desde mis 13 años nunca más me hizo falta inhaladores, salbutamoles etc etc. No sé rindan si se cura!

  I thought having this disease was as a result of my old age , while I was diagnosed of heart disease Dec. 19 , 2020 , I used series of medication but I was still having the severe pain , until I used an herbal mixture from ( Dr. imenherbal ) which I saw on KZread and I was completely cured , I appreciate Dr. imenherbal for his help .....

  I was going to smoke when I was younger cause it was everywhere in the 70s and 80s all my friends and most of my family smoked. But thank goodness my father hindered that. He used to say Son..listen to me Son..look closely at that Marlborough package. Avoid that and live healthy and as clean as possible. Thank goodness I wasn't paying to kill myself with that dangerous product. I would bet none of the tobacco giants allow their kids to smoke.

  Yo al ir a dormir no puedo respirar y estás veces estoy peor hoy estuve buscando como poder controlar la respiración porque mi mamá cuando nació mi hermano no se preocupa por mí así que esto es algo de vida o muerte para mí y solo tengo 12(les recomiendo tomar algo caliente siempre antes de irse a dormir un consejo que les puedo dar a algunos asmáticos que saben cómo es de horrible no poder respirar bien al irse a dormir

  A mi me inyectan una madre que en mi familia le decimos "suero del supersoldado" por que si mi oxigenacion baja esa madre la sube luego luego y me deja respirar esta inyeccion se llama "dexametasona" (creo)
