I got a free vintage Quantum reel thrown in with the eBay purchase of another reel and the free one is almost as old and is in similar condition to the one in this video. I have this video saved in my Watch Later list, so that I could restore the old Quantum. After watching this video, I realized I do not own the $3000+ in tools and equipment used in this video, nor do I have 30 spare hours available, to turn a two dollar reel into one that is about half as good as one I can buy off Amazon for $18 new (a 4000-sized Quantum Optic is $17.64 and is decent quality). I just threw my old Quantum in the garbage.

Yaas! My poop B&D snapped right there and I had managed to velcro it together and it was usable on small things. I was thinking of using acrylic and/or some type of fabric and rivets. @Everyone - anyone know if this would be a viable solution as well? I'm about to just melt the casing together and duct tape the sumba so I dont have to tote my hammer drill around.

@billykulim52022 күн бұрын
have u ever test that with multimeter? its labeled 18v because thats what normal battery voltage, but if the battery at 100% it will read 21/20v. between 60% to 80% it will read 18v
