Another great tool. It would be useful to also see how you would be configuring the jobs. i.e. how deep to cut from one section to another (if is folding). Have you made any objects I can see the picture of to see the final results?

I shred brown paper bags. To many chemicals in junk mail and white paper. "As for using brown paper in a vegetable garden as mulch or compost, it is generally safe to do so as long as the paper is uncoated and free from any contaminants. Brown paper bags that are used for packaging food items like groceries are typically safe for mulching or composting in a vegetable garden because they are made from natural fibers and do not contain harmful chemicals."

It looks like a high-pass on a height map? I don't really understand what the algorithm is. You can already export a height map (using mist), and convert a height map into a mesh (using displacement). High-pass you can do with any image editing software.

Where can we talk about this in more detail?

If you’re going to use an icy areas, you could probably even make some makeshift hobnails by short sheet metal screws that could be added and removed as needed

Quality of the video is on an unprecedented level. It is painful to watch. The information, however, is very useful. I'd kill to get someone to explain all this without all the intermediate sound effects and thinking what to say all the time.

Wow been using blender cam for almost a year now for work and I had no idea about this. I actually just made a whole geometry node cad style cabinet generator and just finished up making my drawer finger joints and I made them function just like yours here lol. Is there a group to join for development on blender cam? Perhaps a discord group I can join? I dont program but I can make geometry nodes and ask chatgpt to do stuff.

I can remember back in the late sixties at school we had heels replaced with a leather top with a nickel metal rim on the edge of the heel, Al the girls had them they did make that stiletto click sound as you walked but that was the norm back then. They were hard wearing, I think they were manufactured by a company called Dinkie Heel.

Might work alright but the antislip properties probably wont work as well as a proper shoe sole meant for it from vibram for example, tire manufacturers consider everything from the weight that will probably be pushing on these tires to the much higher speeds these go, as well as that its likely not as comfortable as some soles meant for shoes, but the harder rubber will probably take longer to wear i suppose

Mine did the same, had them repaired by a professional lasted about 4 weeks before coming off again. Taking them back and try again. Apart from the sole well made boot, will be interested in how the zipper lasts on mine.

Respect Mr. Pelletier I own a pair of those exact same boots that I purchased from a Dick's Sporting Goods store, outside of Philly back in 2006. I had forgotten all about them until I was looking in a room in my house I use for storage, and saw the box at the bottom of pile of other boots and sneakers boxes. I live in Philadelphia, so I rarely had the occasion to wear them because here we just don't get that deep snow most winters. I've only worn them to shovel the occasional snowstorm we did get. I've also worn them out just going about my day to day activities when the weather conditions dictate. They're comfortable, supportive, waterproof and warm. I've maybe, maybe worn them 8 or 9 times over the past 17 years. When I took them out of the box I purchased them in, and looked at them, both of them are basically flaking off whatever outer material they're made from. They're basically brand new! These boots, if I remember correctly cost me $200.00 bucks! 🤦🏽‍♂️ Unbelievable!!!!
