  di Marco bros were no Steve Owen or Johnny Allen, they were smalltime for The Michells who dominated the square for over a decade. However, unfortunately Phil and Grant eventually had affairs with each other’s wives and turned on each other. And thus, the balance of power was restored on the square.

  God the writing really went to 💩 by the end of 2015!!! Phil going back on the booze, Roxy becoming a scruff (before becoming a junkie) Beale and Mitchell familes going to war at Christmas, Honey Mitchell coming back, Kathy waltzing back into the square despite being 'dead' for nearly 10 years, then of course big bully boy Jack Branning returning and ending up back with Ronnie!! Not to mention Whitney suddenly changing her appearance (her hair) and worming her way into the Vic and suddenly deciding she's a Carter (even tho she didn't love Lee, she just wanted Mick) They just wrecked the show at the end of this year and paved the way for very poor acting and writing in 2016 and beyond!!
