Tyrone and I grew up together on Marvin’s Streert in Philadelphia. My name is Thomas Jenkins, I remember Tyrone starting out playing the Trumpet and he was so good. A really cool and talented individual. I would love to talk with him.
It's legends like Sam Reed that kept Jazz alive
Great teacher! He educated so many children and adults too. Thank you for your service Mr. Williams.

Mike Merritt
Il adorait ça !!! Il est inoubliable. Merci Jef.
I love you George! I’ve been a fan since I was a young teen and I’m now 44. My father played the Tenor and so did I, he was a huge fan of yours also. We first heard you on the album “Smokin” by Charles Earland and I must say, we’d never heard a sound like yours before. The fact that you’re still playing in 2023 makes feel so good because we’ve lost so many great musicians these last few years and so it’s great to see you still playing and at a high level. Grover Washington Jr and Eric Alexander are amongst my All-Time favorite Tenor players as well. I played and studied Jazz for years and still am to this day. I want to say thank you for still bringing all of us joy with your skillful playing.
Where can I hear Senegal again?
