The International Congress will be held on 1-5 July 2015 and will mark the 150th anniversary of the founding of The Salvation Army. The congress will take place in London, UK and The O2 has been chosen as the host venue with 16,000 Salvationists from territories all around the world anticipated to be in attendance.
Additionally, the theme for the 2015 Congress will be -- BOUNDLESS: The Whole World Redeeming. The theme verse is taken from Ephesians 3:8, Preach to the nations the boundless riches of Christ.

I'm from Aizawl Temple Salvation Army Church. Since, its the biggest Salvation Church in whole Eastern Territory of India, and having most number of bandsmen and instruments. My church was always visited by the General who step foot on my homeland, Mizoram, since our Genenerals.... Jarl Wahlström, Eva Burrows, Bramwell Tillsley, Paul A Rader, John Gowans, John Larsson, Shaw Cliffton, Linda Bond, Andre Cox....etc..and i played my first band when General Paul A Rader visited my home land and its a great moment for us...As a Salvationist, My grandfather, Brig. Sapliana (PG on 2002) was one of the first pioneer salvationist in my state, Mizoram, which was in the Norh Eastern Hills of India. I've started playing in senior staff band from 14 years, (if i'm not mistaken i was the youngest senior bandsman from my states.) From the first time i was in the band, i'm in charge of B flat Bass and occasionally Euphonium B flat, till the last time i played the band. I'm really2 motivated by this International journal staff band, as in my state 60% of christians were presbyterian and Baptist church, and for them, from their pioneer English missionaries, they put the tune note in their song book in "Tonic Solfa" which is of course limited to write music for so many instrument. Eventhouh S.A were very few compared to them, but in terms of music, they think we the salvation army, especially. Its good to know also... Since 14 years of age, i was regular in the band and enjoyed a lot, now because of my profession (M.S Obst & Gynaecology) i cannot be active as before. But, i still remember my days when i started playing from "Abide with me" to some difficult marches... International Staff Band, everyone is so skilled with his instrument...it gives me peace of mind and calmness inside me, when i listen to your nice music. Please continue this and accept it as mission given to you by GOD. All the best for your future and all other salvationist who are using any instruments or song to praise the LORD. Totally refreshing approach with energy and enthusiasm for the Lord. Certainly the Army in Europe needs this as numerically we are shrinking but I pray spiritually we are giants stalking through the land with the gospel in this exciting way. When I was a teenager over 35 years ago I witnessed Oslo Youth Choir at a youth event in UK with same approach. Great to see it's still infectious from Sweden too. UK - catch up! Thank you VASA. I was there and witnessed your testimony and singing at Boundless. Praise God.
