@@FerncoLtd thanks
Will it work on boiler pipes? Also, will it work if the area isn't smooth, as in, will it seal where 3/4" connects to 1" or a nut near the radiator?
Yes boiler pipes will be fine, it can work up 218 degrees. As long as its not being used as the primary connection between the 3/4" and 1" pipe it will be fine, its just for repair work not actually connecting parts. And yes it will be fine round a nut if applied properly.

No any screw is needed? No fixing only pull it?
The NRV is a push fit application, no tools or fixings needed; simply apply a small amount of lubrication or water and push directly into the bore of the inlet.
@@FerncoLtd i have pushed it without water anda fixing screw. I hope it will works fine.
How old is this commercial? We used to replace vitrified with vitrified, but that was 30 years ago.
Hi, we have a newer video here showing installation of plastic: kzread.info/dash/bejne/kWx-rLiLksrWj7w.html
Our local water company has stated that the damaged pipe must be replaced with vitrified clay, so regardless of more modern products, there is always a need for the older materials.
Hi like this product.how i going to purchase?

Why not try to cut the new section to fit as flush as possible in between the removed section to butt up against either side of existing pipe?
It is important to leave a small gap to allow for possible ground settlement which can cause minor movements in the joint. If the clay pipe ends butt up against each other and ground settlement causes joints to move, this could cause either pipe section to crack. This is also a reason why it is important to use shear banded couplings to reduce the risk of movement in the joint.
Do you have flexible coupler 7in to 4in inside diameter...? My sewer clay pipe is 7 in outside diameter....my email: [email protected]
What is size the clay pipe do you cut and coupling ?
Hi Stanley, the pipe is DN150 vitrified clay with an outside diameter of 188mm
Do you sell this product in the USA?
Hello Vanya, yes we do. Our head office is in Davison, Michigan under the brand Fernco. Feel free to reach out to them and they will be able to point you in the right direction for local stockists www.fernco.com/
How do you remove it if it doesn't work?
Cut and replace the section of pipe covered by the wrap. However, we'd always like you to reach out to us with any technical issues or installation advice required.
Y si no coincide medidas ? Por ejemplo tubo de hormigón 270 a PVC de 200 ?
For pipes with different diameters, we have the following products available... Adaptor Couplings kzread.info/dash/bejne/Zpqew8aaetDInpc.html Standard Couplings with a Bushes kzread.info/dash/bejne/dGqu1qNxmLSwpMo.html
You end up with a lip inside the rubber connector on these..there not very good
Hi Lewis, the step is on the outside of the pipe to allow for the different material outside diameters. The pipe bore's share the same nominal ID and line up centrally to each other with absolutely no lip inside the pipe.
@@benbeatson787 good to know
That is brilliant
Dumb question, can this be used on Vehicle's Cooling Systems? Just wondering
Hi, the substance is designed to be used within drainage systems however it is completely soluble and non-toxic so we can't see any issues arising. However, we could not guarantee this as it's never been tested within vehicle cooling systems.
why not just push them together until you feel the pipes butting against each other?
the gap is to allow for any potential movement around the assembly, if the pipes are butt up to each other this movement could cause damage or breakage to the pipe if made from clay or other brittle materials
Needs SOUDND
Very nice
Drain plug
Sorry, I mean the unglased earthenware from the cut :)
Hi, thanks for you enquiry. The ends of the cut pipes don't need sealing individually. Connecting the two pipes together using a Flexseal Standard Coupling, as shown above will be sufficient.
There was skids in that bog. Not nice
Very helpful - I didn't know the name of this type of connection.
