@@i1ya181Agreed completely. For me, the closest in this category would be Sakuzyo. There are a few songs off that give that feel of their newest album, but to me their album “Crystar” has the most. My favorite songs by them are “Thelema” and “I am end,” they give me the feel of the heavier atmospheric Taishi tracks, but there are many others. Still, a very different artist. I do plan on making a “sakuzyo atmospheric/artcore mix” eventually, and keeping it to roughly an hour. Same thing with splitting up Taishi works, especially overall vibe wise (separating out the more trance-like and more piano-heavy)

Hello! Thank you for checking this out and the feedback! Did not know the breaks would bother anyone. I myself kind of like having a break in between songs, so I did not put much thought into it. It takes me quite literally no effort to remove them, so I can do this for future uploads!

IMO what you did can be called a playlist, and a mix would be where the tracks (not necessarily in their full length) organically transition between each other :) in a good mix frequently as a listener you can't notice the track changing if you don't know the tracks beforehand. check out Kuro Soundworks mixes for example. best of luck 👍

Oddly enough, I made this video for mostly for myself to listen to during work (decided to share because maybe it could potentially expose people to kobaryo/alias songs they haven’t heard), and for the sake of this I definitely prefer full length. But I’ll definitely keep in mind doing more dedicated mixes in the future. It would not be a problem for me to pick up, and if there’s someone who would appreciate it, it seems worth it once I get the time :]

Nice list. I'm not too big of a fan of the classic trancy tracks like receive the signals. It's good to see someone else also realizes just how much of a masterpiece Dream to the East is. That's my favorite track of them all. Though listening to all 4 chapters of a man who existed in parallel somehow makes it even better. Also bird eyes + telling the world is from Nhato, not Taishi. It's Nhato's best track imo. If you wanna hear something simillar to that, check out "a million miles away" and "One step forward", both from Nhato too.

Bluefeildcreator has been my most listened to song the last 4 years in a row! Don’t want to be too biased because all of taishi’s work is astounding, hence why I didn’t include “top” in the title. You’re right about bird eyes/telling the world, shame I didn’t pick up on that while editing this. Really kicking myself in the foot here because I’ve listened to that album countless times.
