Your measurements say 8.5 x 11 so is it 8 or 8.5 please
8 x 11
Oh fabulous thank you so much
You're welcome 😊
Superbe réalisation merci du partage - bien cordialement
That looks beautiful, the vellum wrapped around the topper! With a CAS card I might have margin enough to use fun foam instead of the white cardstock. Then I could get away with using one topper per card instead of 2 and still have that lift. I'll have to weigh it before I stick it down. And the vellum wrap gives a bit of lift too. Very nice.
You've got a plan, have fun!
I don't have a very big screen, but my impression was of a hole cut in the vellum, with a border surrounding it. I even thought there might have been some foam tape or a fun foam border lifting the vellum slightly, and a border holding the edges of the vellum down to the card. Ok, I was wrong. But I may try both ways to see how alike they are in real life! Always looking for something different, often find it with you, thanks.
Yes that could work too Without the foam pads makes posting cheaper As long as the vellum cuts ok 👍
❤
What a lovely idea. Would it work if the vellum was the same size as the background image, would the topper keep it in place ok?
Possibly depends on the vellum and humidity as it may curl up at the edges Give it a go
Thank you a great idea I have lots of little books.
Wonderful!
It's a great card but I'm a bit too dopey to keep up with you swapping between instructions for alternative ways of doing it
OK
I have watched 4 other videos that totally confused me. Your video showed me how to make the box without tearing my hair out. Thank you so very much. You are awesome!

Sarah O know I may be asking way to much. Have you thought about making a version using a 12x 12 paper?
I don't think it would make much difference just more steps?
Love these!!!
Thank you

Merci beaucoup pour ce tutoriel, la carte est magnifique, serait-il possible d'avoir le plan de cette base pour faire le zig zag ?
This is a great idea 💡. But can it be made from poster board that would be stronger I think ❤
The folds wouldn't work but feel free to try

Hi my dear. Thank you so much for making the card in inches. I appreciate it very much. That was very quick😂😂😂 What I would try to do mark down the cm and the inches next so I would have the equivalent
It's not that easy! I wish it was they have to be different
Fabulous project, I’ll have to try it for myself 😊
Looking at it again I think I'd like to leave the cardstock in the scoreboard when it comes to the second and third tier. I know I have to put tape on the ½ inch gusset. I have to fold on the third scoreline from the left and bring it over to the right to glue it down. Then I have to fold it back on the second scoreline. Lastly I bring the remaining scorelines up. Got it, I can do that. The rest is fairly straightforward construction. Thank you for showing it again.
Sarah, Thank you !! This is fantastic and I love that you did it inches so appreciate that Hope you have a wonderful blessed day Sarah
