+ViperFoe Yes, you're right. Reading the description would confirm your suspicion. It's Jim in his first (speaking) role in a movie from 1983 called "Introducing... Janet". It may go by another (better) title in some territories.

+youngrichie He's doing a deliberately bad impression of the Fonz. Don't know if the Fonz (or Henry Winkler) are Jewish though.
