I'll keep it safe for you until you can pay me in full. It took him months and the day he proposed is the day he paid it off and he held it for the first time. Hi Stephanie! TouTube gave me your video this afternoon, probably because I have been watching videos on wavy hair. You would probably have a lot more waves if you learn some of the Curly Girl Method steps. Wavies don’t need to follow the whole method, but you will do better if you learn and use Squish to Condish, stop combing it, learn to add products when it is wet, then use a tee shirt to Plop before diffusing. These are all CGM method terms. Now, though the CGM was started by a White woman (over 15 years ago), I believe that she just ripped off ideas used by Black women for a long, long while. So don’t get scared if you see mostly Caucasian women in CGM videos. It is a method that works for all ethnicities. Heck, if curly White women had just visited the ethnic hair products section and talked more about hair and listened to what ethnic women already knew, we would have benefitted long ago. But, you know, racism kinda got in the way of that! Please look into how to stop using harsh shampoo (if you do) , stop using silicones and sulfates, to squish in your conditioner, how to let your curls rest in a tee shirt (called plopping) and specifics about diffusing- all things in the Curly Girl Method. SwavyCurylyCourtney, Manes By Mell and other CGM videos will help you out. You are going to have shiny, corkscrew curls, I bet!
