Another thought, use those situations to teach her about budgeting so she learns money and resources have limits. At the beginning of the activity say or show her this is how much we have to spend today and once it’s gone we can’t spend anymore. So let’s make fun choices together! I’ve started doing this with my kids because we realized there was never a point where they would say they’re happy until we started giving them a limit. Otherwise they always wanted more and more because they thought we could give more but we’re just being mean parents lol.

The facts don’t lie. Unfortunately there are many broken homes and many suffering from trauma. That’s why in the Bible it speaks of the importance of parents and family. How important it is to make good chooses. Luckily in our imperfection God is always there for us. The Bible speaks about Generational curses and we can break that. Just as you said it starts with us to be the change our children need. Good luck Steph May God bless you and guide you through this. The Bible was my best tool helped me with a lot of things and questions I had about my past and where I want to go. It’s life changing it’s like a life manual. 😘🙏🏻
