  Please don't take this the wrong way, but your intro and outtro music is at least double the volume of the content. I believe that one can 'normalize' the volume on a video when editing.

  thay also park in fire lanes and leave there truck locked and enter the building to deliver there packages and management won't take my calles on the matter eather

  You wouldn't believe the things I have seen. People see me running my camera filming disability news and people just park any kind of way in accessible parking. This is a big problem in CT USA.
