My yellow is printing green , I do have more cyan in than yellow at this time could this be the issue ?

I’m not sure but I wouldn’t advise it- make sure you have extended warranty for sure because replacement parts are EXPENSIVE

Cold or hot… just don’t put fabric softener on it because it’ll pick up the vinyl

How do you keep the ph stable on this things
Mix it in your water. I have a 2 gallon sprayer and mix it up… use ph up/down when necessary

I actually haven’t used this printer in over a year due to personal reasons. BUT I will make a video to see if mines has been affected- hope not. Had it running smooth for about 3 years
Oh ok cool. I just fired up my sg500 with hiippoo ink carts and it seems to be filling fine. Looking for videos as im doing it lol. Im not connecting to the internet just yet. Looking into printing from canva. Any insight? Thnx for reply!

This Ink didn't work in my Sawgrass sg500
yea this video was made 4 years ago. I suppose they updated the firmware to now be able to use 3rd party inks. It still works for me and my sg800

Omg thanks for this!! I have a huge amount of burlap but gave up after my first try and scrapped the project. I'll try again with this method. I see some use a thin finishing fabric that they put over the completed project and latex over it all. Can you do that with burlap too?

I HATE THIS PRINTER! I have the 1000 nothing but issues. The tech support sucks. I did get a brand new replacement after a long battle. Now, 6 months later, the bypass tray keeps jamming!!! I'm so frustrated!
I feel you! It’s a solid printer but sawgrass as a company is TRASH! They make it so hard to use with updates it makes no sense

Not at all- once it’s forcefully removed it’s definately taking up leather behind it

Yea- if you visit www.tufting101.com I put the suppliers link for the large pile tufting gun. It’s called the monster MKN gun. I used that for the outside and the regular ak1 for the inside

Hey! I bought this one from Goodwill… the ones from Michael’s are good too. Make sure you use the silicone around the front and back edges to seal it and also make sure the back of the frame is thick. Here is a good one from Amazon amzn.to/48WYFk2
