How do you balance charge without a balance charge wire/board?

Ha, have one of these here. Whats the minimum safe voltage? the button is showing 1 bar of health but its reading 3.4V so either there's some sort of cut off circuit or some of the cells are shorted.

Car alternator idle current doesnt count when the original battery is still connected. It would have dumped A LOT of current from the car battery to the lithium battery. You are incredibly stupid and lucky the lithium battery didnt explode. Please anyone who sees this, don't just connect a dead lithium battery to a running car with large lead acid battery still attached. It will dump as much current as the cables will allow, which will likely exceed 100A for a short time.

I wondered about using the car alternator with honkign gret lead-acid battery myself. I have this problem myself a good battery but won't take a charge because ti went very flat. What's the best way to revive it?
