It is from the men's 50m freestyle events at the 2023 World Para Swimming Championships which were held at the Manchester Aquatics Centre between 31 July and 6 August 2023. Events were held in eleven classifications. Guo Jincheng set a world record during the first day of the finals in the S5 class. In the men’s 50 free, Guo got to the wall in 29.78 seconds, lowering his own world record of 30.09 seconds set in prelims. The 2024 Paris Paralympic Games have not even happened yet!!!!
