I came across your channel a month or two ago and I’m loving your videos! The pacing is so nice and the content is so interesting. You inspire me to slow down and pay more attention to the natural world around me. Really enjoy seeing your art process too. That bear in slippers is just tooooo adorable and the puffin with the cap is such a cool design. Really looking forward to seeing more of your videos and seeing your growth and where this all takes you!

Hi Fruzsi! KZread recommended your channel to me a couple of weeks ago - which was so exciting to finally get a good relevant match to what I like! In your last video you asked for some suggestions of specific videos we’d like to see. I really love that you’re documenting your process in creating children’s book illustrations, so I’m definitely looking forward to seeing that on your channel! I also have been really enjoying your out-and-about videos around the UK and Europe - I always find it fun and exciting to see traveling (including everyday local walks as well as farther away things) from an illustrator’s point of view. Definitely keep up showing the gardens and parks - it’s great! Also, I really appreciate both your subtitles along the bottom of the screen and your voice-overs. I understand what you mean about feeling awkward sometimes speaking directly to the camera and I think subtitles and voice-overs work really well with your videos. So thrilled to have found your channel and I’m really looking forward to your videos!

@@FruzsDraws That is exactly how it works for me yes! I decided to dare drawing 2 years ago and each "bad drawing" isn't that bad since I understand what I should have done in a different way (not my first language, I hope I am clear enough to be understood) 🤓

This video is amazing I enjoyed it. However wanted to ask you about the course because i saw in their web 2 courses for undergraduate first one called illustration and the second one called illustration and visual media . I am so intrested in drawing characters, animation and comic books so, which one do you think suit me more, I would be grateful if you advise me.
@FruzsDraws6 ай бұрын
Hi Mohammed! As far as I know both courses are quite open-ended and you're free to explore your specific interests throughout the 3 years. I think the 'illustration and visual media' course might have a stronger focus on using technology and also overall visual communication methods. If you can, I would go to both courses' open days and also feel free to reach out to Admissions or a tutor if you can get their contact and ask about the courses! You can also apply to both and maybe your portfolio will be a better fit for one of the courses over the other. As a big generalization, Camberwell where the Illustration course is, is famous for its fine art department and resources, such as printmaking, while LCC at Elephant and Castle where the other course is, is more known for its journalism and media focus, so they might approach Illustration through a more media-oriented lense. Hope that helps! :)
