  Your body weight should naturally push it down in place but if not, you can place somethings(blocks) at the sides to stop it from moving

  Hi there, i live in Germany and yesterday i found 2 of this stuff for free, so that i took them both, a good excuse to make some gym with the husband! I tried it a little and it sounds so impossibly easy to use. I would like to know if you still use it, if you have seen results and most importantly do we have to pay attention to something like posture, lot of love!

  I use it once in a while. Posture is very important. I suggest you watch videos that talk more about the exercises and the appropriate posture required so you don’t break your back. One of the days I did 😀 and to use it you need to adjust one of the knobs to the level you want. You can use a screw to adjust the weight to fit your intended exercise

  He doesn’t have to be a citizen and yes you can go and apply to be married. You can do this on a visiting visa so far your partner is already on a work visa or some sort of valid visa. But do well to check the gov.uk website incase there’s an updated change

  @@mahmudahx7361 you can do this by yourself. Didn’t use a lawyer.? It’s a very straightforward process. But if you want to use a lawyer, you can contact citizens advice and they can recommend any good lawyer for you but unfortunately I don’t know any. If that helps

  Your partner has to come down to the uk to be able to get married to you. And also have to have the right to stay to be able to give notice of marriage in the uk. Best you check the website; gov.ukcivilpartnerships for more details on when partners are not together in same country

  😂😂😂.Please please,try and sleep when Baby is asleep.To take care of yourself as a new Mum abroad.Mental health,postpartum depression is REAL,as it can start with been burnt out. And as Africans + having a clean house = 1st priority. Lol😂 1st priority is you and baby now,cleani g will happen later.

  Second Nigerian African Lady,who japad, that I've seen on here feeding baby all this shop bought wahala.(Consumerism). Just buy veges and steam,put small butter + milk blue milk.And feed the baby. Place all the food on ice cube tray to freeze.And when needed get them out.Or buy the small.containers from boots or pound shop,to store the veg. Steam carrot,potatoes,pumpkin,sweet potatoes and put seperately.Then mix them as baby grows.

  @@AdefemiShumanski Start with potatoes,bananas,rice,pumpkin,pawapaw, mashed very softly with fork,quarter of it,same as all veges don't mix. Mix when Baby progresses to 8months onwards. Check on here, videos of how to wean my 6 month old baby to solids organically.Am sure you will learn alot,and help other's too. The small glass foods you can use as emergency when you have gone out for a trip,parties ,travelling etc. And then go to Children's Centre in your area(every area in UK have them.)And they have plenty classes for new Mum's on loads of things,how to wean,massage,teach,play,sleep train,etc etc..And Baby gets to play with other kids too. You learn new things as a Mother too.❤

  Just a quick check question , So first you book appointment via email or phone through website or can we go to registar office with document to give notice. As it states book ceremony first before giving notice . SO i got confused first go registar give notice or book civil ceremoney in permited list and take appointment and give notice ? or we can go registar office give notice and book ceremony?

  You have to book ceremony first Either on the phone, via email or registry office. Once your ceremony is approved you will be asked to give notice. You can’t give notice if you don’t have a wedding date or ceremony booking date. Because your notice of marriage has to be 30days before your wedding date. If you understand what I mean

  @@AdefemiShumanski so if I am looking to do private 2-4 witness and marry in small budget below 100 , I will have to book ceremony in a place with date time and venue then with this i go give notice to the registar . So if i book ceremony this month and get approved venue i have to book atleast 30-35 days ( 29 days) for example i give notice then after and the registar is the place where they will take notice amount 46pound and might inqury questions seperate and once apporved we just go get married in the day of ceremony. SO i am assuming the 2- 4 witness with small ring exchange and exchanging vows and sign document counts as marraige and not civil partnership right . thank you for clearing things out

  You both sign documents in civil partnership and marriage just the documents are different and you don’t need vows in civil partnership but you do both vows and signing in a marriage registry. Just read more on the gov.uk website marriage and civil partnership if you want more information. You welcome

  You get transcript from your university or college where you got your degree from. Waec doesn’t need a transcript, certificate is enough

  If I understand your question correctly; are you already in the uk? If yes; if you already have legal status to stay in the country you don’t need to apply for any visa. Just call your council to declare your intention to marry and they will ask you to book a ceremony and will tell you any other information needed. Hope this answers your question
