Thanks for the clarification, but i have a few question, for the first option of buying property,does that mean both parents will automatically get residence permit without applying for a retirement permit? second question. how long does it normally take from start to finish after a buyer starts the process? thanks
Dear, Yes all dependents parents and kids can get the permanent residency. Once the property is acquired we can apply for residency, so no need to apply for a retirement permit for the dependent parents. All in all it can take 3-6 months depending if it's a G+2 apartment or an IRS/PDS property. Private beaches???
Hi Ravi, By private beach we mean than the right of use of the beach is reserve to the homeowners of the said property. It's a quite complex law but some beaches are fully public (93 beaches in total on the Island) and some beaches in front of private properties are reserved above the high water mark to the owners (tenants as it's mainly leasehold property) of the said properties. The interior design was decided by the owners. Cedric Lincoln and Todd Merrill are the one who contributed to most of the furniture. A lot is custom made for the villa.

Hi, Bitcoin is not accepted but if the money is coming from a bank account it is ok. You have to first convert your Bitcoin before being able to purchase the property in EUR or USD.

You have 10% discount at the Four Seasons Restaurants which is indeed on the same estate. On the restaurants of Anahita you have a 25% discount if you are a homeowner. Now the owners club will be included in the syndic fee. You alsl have a snack/restaurant on Ile aux Cerfs on the beach of Anahita.
