Kicking the algorithm into maximum overdrive! I'm the cream of the CROP!
My hometown of Riverside Good times I remember as a kid going up there with my brother in his truck up the mountain all the time and at the mission inn in the back there is an entrance to a tunnel that will take you to the mountain but then they closed it when they caught too many people going in the good old times
Aahhh you got to go into the catacombs?? Man that’s awesome!!
I graduated North '85 and lived right down on 3rd/Chestnut and remember the couple years I could drive my car (with my new license) up the famous Mt. Rubidoux I had grown up a half mile from. The one winter we had bad rain (maybe like '87) and a portion of the road up on the backside washed away. They never reopened it to cars.
I sure remember the old bus station all of downtown Riverside ,all the stores on main St,Sees candies was a stop before going to the movies,3 theater to chose from.. Victoria bridge still cross it to this day ,Riversider
YO LLEGUE A MANEJAR AL MONTE ROBIDOUX.
Mount Rubidoux used to go up there and drink with my buddies during school back in the early 80s group in Riverside winter Ramona high school also I also went to Moreno Valley high and graduated in 1981. now I live in the central valley of California San Joaquin Valley near Fresno California!
Novi class of 81. Went to Mount Rubidoux in the 80s and drink and talk trash on the CB radio up there.
Nice video. I lived in Riverside for 52 years, 1967- 2019..
Thank you!
Where do you live now?
I'll be there in November. How far is this from Rosarito beach? Thank you!
I’m not sure but when you’re driving down that PCH in Mexico there’s signs that say the kilometers, this restaurant is at K-38
@@azevial Awesomeness!! I'll just tell my my driver to go to K38. I'm sure he'll know where to go!! Thank you.

Moved into the wife's childhood home in 93 out in 2016 at Arlington/ Tyler, behind Norte Vista. Great video and very nice attention of detail taking the "now" shots. Very impressive
Thank you so much Chris! I appreciate you watching
Tyler and Arlington. 1967 early memories. Went to Norte Vista High School. Class of 1981.
What a small small world we live in! My wife was Class of 87, lived on Leucadia Lane, 2 blocks up of the school off Crest! I miss that neighborhood with most still the originals from 1976 when the neighborhood was new! You probably know Rowdy and a few of our dearest neighbors/friends! What a small world. I'm finding it difficult to stop this reply! lol @@BigRed-qe9zj
I. Love to live there again had some good memories there
Born (Riverside Community Hospital) and raised (near Fairmount Park) and also lived just off Magnolia on Madison. I’ve lived in another state north of there for 35 years now. I’ve returned to Riverside from time to time but at this age I’m the only one left alive in my family so if I do visit, its to Olivewood or the military cemetery now.
I too was born at RCH. 1987.
lucky duck!
