  I always hit "CC" it gives closed captioning. It's machine generated but it helps.

  Why do your call yourself the manners "lady", would a man doing the same as you call himself "the manners gentleman?" For some reason the word "lady" seems widespread, but "gentleman" doesn't, even though the two words are a pair
