It also had a MercuryTable on the end ,if you go further up the creek , turn right in to another small valley , you can find some steel that was used for ore roasting I think .cheers

@@35andsolid thanks mate. First spinal operation was botched back in 2013. Second surgery in 2019 at 42yo. Unfortunately I was never able to return to work. I tried to make a few videos but the days after were to painful, so now I’m stuck reliving my interests through others behind a screen.

When I work banks , I do not work the ACTUAL Bank , but at the base of the bank. The water current washes the bank and the heavies drop down and accumulate. Another thing , just watching your work , had you set up your banker a metre or so upstream , you need not rotate your body so much when feeding your hopper. Lovely likely looking creek regardless

I did not recognize the spot so your safe from me otherwise I be there in 4 minutes. What equipment you bring next time is what equipment will give you pleasure and not cause you to harm yourself. Try nail down what may have caused your back to play up. If it was the bending over panning , bring an ironing table or a card table and place a basin of water on it and pan into that. Maybe place a sort of fine classifier in the basin to catch your tailings and empty it to keep basin empty. It's ALL about enjoying the next outing more than the previous one if possible.

@@35andsolid Well about 2 weeks ago I could not do a single Pushup. After doing some various exercises , 8 days ago I still could not do a single Pushup. Then Last Sunday I done 100 , then 50 then another 50 pushups against the wall. For the next 3 days my upper arms were aching. Then yesterday I completed a single normal pushup although it felt like walking on broken glass. This morning , another pushup (broken glass again ) - this afternoon another pushup - might go do one right now. So get fit is what you may try. If I ever get close to 20 pushups , I'll let you know if it worked.

I had to buy 2 new blades $ 40 from Bun...s, needs sharpening very often. Some branches are very stringy and they wont cut ,cheers

You must have been so relieved on reaching the road - I recall in my 20's being brought to tears from crashing through overgrowth , wet and lost and scared. The $120 in my wallet was absolutely useless. Well done old man.
