My partner was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease at the age of 66.. His symptoms included excruciating calf pain, muscular aches, tremors, slurred speech, frequent falls, loss of balance, and trouble standing up from a seated posture. After six months on Senemet, Siferol was given to him in place of the Senemet. It was also at this period that he was diagnosed with dementia. He began seeing hallucinations and became detached from reality. With the doctor's approval, we stopped giving him Siferol and chose to try the Natural Herbs Center PD-5 protocol, which we had already looked into. After three months of therapy, he has made significant progress. The illness has been completely contained. There are no symptoms of persistent twitching, weakness, tremors, hallucinations, or muscle soreness. The PD-5 Protocol was obtained from natural herbs centre Though you still need to determine what works best for you, I thought I would share my husband's story in case it could be helpful. Greetings and prayers

Why two upcoming devices based ón víbrótactile therapy were not mentioned ? Vibrating Gloves devéloped by a team of Stàndford University ànd Cúe¹ devéloped by Charcó Neurotéch UK. Infàct this is already approved ànd rolled out in UK and few European countries.
What about meds for other meds for cognitive and urinary issues?
Thank you
It does not matter what time of day
How do I access the live chat function of the KZread presentation?
Is this Soft Robotic apparel on the market for consumer to purchase?
I've a lot of freezing gait. I also have low blood pressure, whenever I turn my head, I feel dizziness. These things happen when I am on time too. I don't know what to do.

Thank you for all you do. I am an occupational therapist. In addition to and aside from this, we have 4 males on the same side of the family, year of birth spanning from ~1922 thru 1967 with Parkinson's. My brother, has early over PD, superimposed on Gaucher's disease. He believes he has already experienced visual hallucinations. I am grateful to everyone who supports the cause either with donations, research or lobbying. Thank you
😢😮😅p

Buenas tardes Laura me siento en el día muy mareada puedo tomar la mitad
The simplest test is trained dogs detecting pd by smell. Dr. Laurie K Mischley at Seattle Integrative Medicine is getting a study together and has a website with details. You swab your earwax then mail in the sample.
thank you.
If someone has been diagnosed with PD but questions the validity of the diagnosis which test would be best? Spinal tap, skin biopsy or DaTscan?
You lost sleep hygiene but nothing about using electronic devices close to bedtime/in bed?
I grew up in the pages of books. I lived among he animqls, where I ws alwys loved and felt wanted
my husband was dx with non-motor PD in 2010. we live in a small city that has no support groups or any of the PD programs. there is only 1 nurologist in town and the closes speaciality doctors are 2 or more hours away. are there any online spealist that you know of. Driving that far is difficult for him.

My daughter has Parkinson's. There is an operation she is considering having where they insert some sort of device into the brain. Has anybody experienced such an operation. I very much need an answer to this question.
Excellent presentation with broad application.
Very highly informative, very much appreciated, thank you so much Drs. Groves and Gilbert!
streaming is still in and out.
You can use the mic (abbreviation for micro-phone) function
My freezing starts when i pick up an item that is 5 kilos or more . Any help here
Two other devices working on totally non-invasive and safe vibrotactile therapy are coming up: (1). Vibrating Hand Gloves developed by Stanford University currently said to be in clinical trials and (2). CUE1, developed by Charco Neurotech, UK. It is a small round shaped brain stimulating and cueing device which is worn by sticking on the sternum bone. This device is already approved and rolled out to PD patients in the UK, Spain and awaiting approval by FDA in the USA, India and few other countries. In terms of benefits, ease of use and cost, CUE1 giving symptomatic relief in motor symptoms including freezing gaits, seems better of the two. How does the robotic apparel compare with them and most important when will it be available to the end user and at what cost ?
I was drawn to this video as I have a fellow “Parkie” who is having trouble with middle of the night waking. I used to have this problem, but have found that the combination of Magnesium Glycinate (2 x 1 20 mg), 3 mg of extended release Melatonin and a fourth dose of Sinemet PR (Levodopa extended release) all taken around bedtime, has helped me immensely.
Went to comments to check for website for tai chi; not there?
Where can I find the resources mentioned during this segment?
Larissa thank you so much for your presentation. I have done before a number of meditation videos, no impact. Your's is the first with a positive impact on me. Of course I will repeat it. I'm looking forward for more videos from you.
