This was the most brilliant series I have watched personally. I didn't watch it when it ran originally, and not until one of the channels did a Downton marathon 24/7. I recorded the night runs and binge watched the series. I have never done that before! This was brilliant from the storyline, to casting, to acting, filming, scenery, etc. The most enjoyable and entertaining production on so many levels!

What a bunch of hypocrites goo-gooing their eyes over Josh Hutcherson when NOBODY is talking about how great (and important) Jason Statham was in this film! Now to be fair before anyone comes stabbing me with their Josh fanboy retorts: Hutherson was fantastic in this film. But just remember the type of guy he played in this film is the type of guy you've probably experienced nagging you on the phone with his sweet talking, script ready voice, trying to scam you out of your life savings. This can often happen several times IN ONE DAY and go on for months...YEARS even!!! Josh plays an archetype of one of the most terrible waste of scum in our society who takes no accountability...NONE...for his (or her) vampirish actions. And the government puts MASSIVE BUCKETS of money into keeping these termites prancing about in call centers with their cockswagger swinging in the air, preying on the innocent. It's shameful and inhuman!!! Jason's role as the Beekeeper is who should be getting all the praise here because we NEED people like this in the world to force the opportunists, the scammers and the identity fraud artists to face up to the lie and have their face rubbed in it to expose the monsters they deny exist inside their greedy, hungry psyches!!! I'm showing some love for Jason here! I hope other's are doing the same!!! Where scammers are the mosquitoes of our culture, Beekeepers help to squash them out! LOVE YOU JASON STATHAM!!! YOU RULE!!!

Im glad Brian Wilson is still alive to see this movie and was able to be there doing the premier because if nobody doesnt know any better they probably think Brian is the oldest member. Mike Love is actually a year older than Brian and boy seeing Brian in a wheel chair breaks my heart.

The early and mid 60's were the Brian-Wilson-era, but the best time of the BB's as a whole band were from 1967 (Smiley Smile) to In Concert (1973). All these albums show their abilities as singers, songwriters, producers and arrangers. They were a great creative force in this time. After the big success of the compilations "Endless Summer" (1974) and "Spirit Of America" (1975) they became an oldies act. There were really good songs on the following albums (I like Love You and the Light Album), but the concept became more and more nostalgic.
Nicholas is the best at being forthright, articulate, and interesting as he answers questions and describes the film and his tole.
