You can either host everything on Kubernetes or create seperate services for everything and use them, you may need to learn few system design concepts, you can learn them on the go as well as you make these type of projects. I've learned few concepts like pubsubs , redis etc from harkirat singh's video, you can check that out for reference: kzread.info/dash/bejne/e36fu8upibGrpKw.htmlsi=67ezIBelDZ7oM6Iu For connecting worker I have explained that I have used redis where I am pushing my code and getting it on the worker and then evaluating and sending back to backend with pubsub of redis and backend is sending result to frontend they have a websocket connection established

This feels like a low effort clickbait post aimed at arch users. Pls don't post such "shit" :) . None of the things you discussed were relevant, you probably using windows before this month and switched after hearing someone say "To get better at terminals you need to use linux". I would recommend not making any videos about the topic until you get a bit experienced. Things that make arch good include the wiki which you would have realised if installed arch manually, and the package management, none of which were mentioned here.

@@rishab.kumarjhaHey no hard feelings mate, use whatever suits your workflow,i reckon that you just want to use linux for getting familiar with the terminal and programming in general. Though can be achieved in any distro,if you truly want to speed up the process of getting familar with the terminal using tiling/window manager like 'dwm',though it will be kind of harsh at first, they'll force you to basically use the terminal. Though I wouldn't recommend making it your primary system from day one,you need time to get used to it. Your present setup which i think is kde+arch wouldn't "force" you to use the terminal, you'll in most instances use the comfortable GUI that the setup offers. I myself don't even use arch on a daily basis.Currently i use Ubuntu MATE,which is basically Ubuntu with the MATE desktop environment. Though this shouldn't undermine my suggestion,it takes a lot of "courage" to settle down to a distro xD.

Let me tell you cons and pros; Pros : Customized installation (no bloats preinstalled) Can be tweaked easily Huge community support and very concise wiki page (I'd say best wikis out there) More frequent updates Shoutout to AUR Makepkg is awesome Arm kernels are really stable Custom kernel can be tweaked like linux-zen , linux-rt-lts , etc.. Dev tools are also easily available on pacman Cons: Customized that's why little difficult to install (but shoutout to archinstall) Rolling releases that may often break Personal issue: when updating certain components this may break the system due to chain dependencies To frequent updates cause pile of time to invest even if you have to update firefox Major issue is linux kernel changes reflect often on it , as the intel backlight support has been modified i had to add the kernel arguments like acpi_backlight=vendor There are lot of issues with vulkan drivers and also amd graphics card Major issue I'd say i felt is security issue like anyone can access and modify root password with just bootable media (not even the archiso but any media ) it's hell easy so not adding SELinux like rhel is I'd say biggest disadvantage

My opinion is that (gnu+) Linux is the default OS option is consider for all use cases, and windows or other proprietary software is mostly for exceptions. All the arch Linux memes are just jokes, but what i love about arch Linux is that its very power-user friendly; when i do power-user things (things most PC user would never do) arch Linux is my best friend. Arch Linux simply does not get in the way when i do some thing unusual, often its even easy or quicker, because of the great documentation: arch wiki (i know it became a meme, but it is relay useful), and build in tools: arch-chroot (like normal chroot but easier to use), the AUR when i need some specific rare peace of software i always find it there,... but there are use cases when i use other Operating systems: when i prepare desktop computer for some one else i mostly pick one of the many easy to use debian or ubuntu based distros like Linuxmint, its easy to use and switching to it from any thing else is easy enough, or for computers with other CPU architectures (not amd64) i pick Debian, or OpenBSD, or FreeBSD, and for ARM SBC computers i like diet-pi, its like Raspberry Pi OS but but less bloated and also more power-user friendly. TL;DR: My opinion: Arch = Power-User friendly, Linux mint = User friendly, Windows/Mac-OS/... = not user friendly. Linux is great for every body who likes computers, not just developers. context: i use free software & GNU/Linux for ~5 years now and it is one of the best decisions i have made in my life.

Most Linux distributions boil down to the following: - What package management system do you have / how do you want to install your packages? / How often do you want updates? (rolling/stable) - How much trouble are you willing to put into installing the distribution of Linux? - What boilerplate systems do you want to handle the underlying methods of the operating system? (this is a more advanced topic like init systems) The reason why I use Arch is that I have a specific way I use my system, and I've set it up in such a way that Arch benefits me. Everything else can be done in Ubuntu or Debian or Fedora or Mint, but my system is set up in a way that I like with Arch, and it's staying that way. I don't want to distrohop. I don't want to have defaults that don't make sense to me installed. I don't want things to be configured for me. I want to configure a system that has my setup the way I like it. People who flex about using arch are as ignorant as the idea that "arch is overrated" - The wiki is a wonderful resource to learn how things work, the AUR is powerful, and the power is in your hands. You just have the responsibility to not shoot yourself in the foot with all that power.

@@nostalgianinjaexactly,this video is based on his personal opinions/ideas,he has assumed that most people "flex" using arch because it's hard to use. I have never witnessed any true arch user "flexing" on them using arch on the premise that its hard to use.Yeah there are kids who do that, but they don't even use arch the way it's designed to be. Rather its just a lore/joke in the linux community, cuz the arch installation process is too involved compared to other distros or rather it used to be. And as you say,the choice of distro finally boils down to their package management, update schedule, security and the overall philosophy. Now again you could theoretically make one linux distro the functional copy of another by changing the init system,DE or window manager, etc which is just a testament of how customizable the whole Linux (or GNU) ecosystem is. Different Distros exist to particularly provide users with their preferred "out of box" experience. And as you say the arch community is probably the best one out there. I personally don't even use arch on a daily basis,it doesn't suit my workflow,i prefer stability so i use debian testing or flavors of ubuntu like MATE. Throughout my experience of using linux, the arch forum ,wiki are probably the most important resources out there.
