Thank you Ladies, I'm two weeks from closing, coming from the DC area. We are charged for plastic bags and don't have the option to recycle. Any advice on the Fox Hollow Drive area?
What's the purpose of those random small bodies of water in Florida? They seem to me like mosquito breeding grounds and possible sites for alligator accidents. They're also unsightly, not serving any real purpose or function. I'm new to South Florida and quite surprised to see so many of these.

I’m receiving an offer for a nursing job there, but I’m looking for an affordable family friendly city surrounding Boca with not too far community from Baptist Hospital. Any suggestions 😬. I’ve looked at apartments in Boca & they seem too expensive for nurses pay. Thank you ❣️(I’d love to be surrounded by affordable shops & restaurants. I don’t need the super expensive high end ones. 5-7k a month to live there. Lol waste of $$$$ on rent. Especially when most make under 50k a year. The rent to income ratio is way out of whack. That neighborhood is over rated

Flexibility to move, and also houses are overpriced in that area right now. Obviously if you plan to live in the house for 10+ years, then go ahead and buy.
Sophia, Florida is one of the easiest places to navigate since the roads are all laid out in a grid pattern n/s and E/W and you can use the sun, shore and Everglades for land markers. Also most roads don’t snake or run diagonally. Nice video though. Subscribed!

One think they never tell you is that Boca Raton means "rat's mouth" in Spanish.

There's a few areas I left off on accident. I actually drove out there and took some footage, but by the time I got out there it was dark already. I'm going to film an updated one soon! I'm still new to videos, so I figured I would just get this up and film a better one soon.

@@danacaro-herman3530 I’ve started to notice that in Delray too! Everyone has been complaining, I even just had someone complain to me about Boynton’s traffic on Monday as well. I’m wondering if it’s the winter traffic or if there’s just more people living down here.

@@movingtosouthfl I have been in Video Production for 30 years Im not being mean but I had to watch your video at slower speed to understand And the glitches ruined it for me Use a teleprompter this way you can do full sentences. I was in Boca for 3 weeks in November that's why I clicked on your video. Good luck
@@michaeldavid4572 Wow! 30 years is amazing. This is only my fourth video, so I know I still have a LOT to learn. I appreciate you letting me know! I filmed this at 30 fps -- do you think filming it at 60 fps would fix the glitch? It might also be where I slowed down some clips while editing since I went too fast when recording. I have a teleprompter I purchased before, but when I tried to use it to film videos (at home, in my room) you could see the lines across the screen. I think that just has to do with the lighting, but I was too nervous to attempt to use it out and about until I learned to use it. It's also a little challenging being out and about trying to film in public areas alone on the fly. Hopefully, I will improve over time. Thanks for all your help!

Thank you for your kind words! It’s the Rode Wireless Go II. It’s wonderful! A piece of advice: it comes in a 1 mic or 2 mic set. Definitely recommend spending the extra money to buy the 2 mic set because they don’t sell them individually. It drives me crazy that I didn’t do that!
