    I wouldn't say it is materialistic to enjoy vehicular design and looks of a bike or car. If you value material objects more than people and treating them well that becomes materialistic. Just like a woman would be materialistic for focusing only on clothing and jewelry over kindness and friendship. But a nice woman can also enjoy cloths and jewelry... It just isn't everything to her and she isn't judging people based on those things. Upgrading a bike is a fun hobby. Nice looking MT07!

    Hi. I bought mt 07 pure 2023 and I noticed with stock suspension i cannot hold the corner very well and during harder breaking abs activates like immediately and the bike is doing all the things you already mentioned. I want to amend this with front and rear ohlins suspension set for street driving mainly. I was wondering if the front cartridges come with oil inside already or do I have to buy separate oil and fill them up??

  • @Riders_Pulse
    @Riders_Pulse3 күн бұрын

    Hey, you have to get oil seperatly for the front (for example Öhlins 10w). The back comes ready to use. Sometimes dealerships offer free install if you buy it via them, perdonally I did that

    @@Riders_Pulse What I was offered regarding the front fork fluid was Ohlins road & track code:01309-01 which is equivalent to 19.0 centistokes at 40 deg.C. I don’t know if this is ok, I’m not fluid expert. What do you think? And how many liters do I need to buy to fill up two forks, I mean is one liter of the fluid enough?

    I actually just asked a question about this on another video. What paint and paint code did you use? What process did you do? Clear coat after? Thanks for the help! I really wish that rear panel was the same as the tank! It really enhanced the look of your bike!

    Yes it really did have to come like that right? Looks alot better :) the colour code is PDG E3 (Pastel Dark Grey). 3 layers primer, 4 coats of colour and a fat clear high gloss top coat. That last one is difficult to do because of the possible drips btw. I ordered from a company called Motorradlacke (motorradlack.de/). They offer the best shade of primer for the colour you choose :)

    Great looking MT07! What did you use to paint/wrap/whatever the fairing body piece under the pillion seat? The piece with the Yamaha logo in red. I have Cyan Storm grey version and really dislike that they didn't paint that grey. It is painted black just like it was on yours (as seen from previous videos). I've been looking for either paint or a vinyl wrap to match the the tank. Thanks!

    Hello! Thanks for the video, and all the information! I am considering the mt07 and would probably end up doing the suspension upgrade as well, would you say its worth it on a bike like the mt07?

  • @Riders_Pulse
    @Riders_Pulse13 күн бұрын

    Hell yes! The mt07 is a fun bike with good torque but lacks top end, so very fast riding is a bit less good then like for example the mt09, but all other speeds are awesome to do with the mt07. The suspension upgrades make it a completely different bike with more control, stability and precision. So certainly sporty riding gets a big upgrade by doing that

    @@Riders_Pulse Thanks a lot for the reply! Truth be told, i currently have a cb600f hornet which is my first bike, i like it, but encourages a fast riding style which isnt very good since i am a complete novice + i like torque, hence the consideration for the MT-07!

    @@SdsThomas what a coincidence, check my earlyer vids, I had a cb600f 2001 before this mt07 👌 completely different indeed, but the 600 is so slow lower in the revs compared to the mt07, the power of the latter is instantly available while with the cb600f you have to wait for it and thus ride in higher revs and faster :p

    I'd like to buy the MT09 ($14,000), but where I live it's $4,000 more than the MT07 ($10,000), so it's a bit out of my price range. What would you guys do? Is it worth saving up for the mt09 and getting it next year, or buying the mt07 now?

  • @Riders_Pulse
    @Riders_Pulse20 күн бұрын

    What kind of riding will you do? City or highway, smaller or bigger track? If it's mostly roads untill 90kmph, go mt07, if you're going faster, mt09. The mt07 is a fun bike, lot's of torque, cheap on gas and maintanance but lacks hp and top end. Mt09 is more expensive in everything, but rips riding faster

    Hey Man, this was a great review. I was wondering what the fit was like, I am not sure if I missed that or not but you look like you have big hands? I found this brand from another review and he said the fingers were a bit short and to size up. My problem is I have short fingers and medium to large size palms so I was hoping these would be a good fit if the fingers are slightly shorter than normal.

    Hey, true, I forgot to talk about the fit. I have a Large on these, as well on all of the rev'it gloves. They are a bit more snug around the fingers because of the isolation padding, and the fingers are indeed on the shorter side compared to other rev'it gloves.

  • @Riders_Pulse
    @Riders_PulseАй бұрын

    Yeah sure, they're ok and do a good enough job in my expirience too, but I mean they're basic, a radial mount, some brembo's, maybe even steel lines would be cool, but I'm happy that for the 3rd gen they put some bigger rotors on, so that's good :) some of the competitors near that price range have better brakes, but they're not bad indeed. On track when braking hard and frequently, I felt like I could use some more feel with the braking and the grip of the front tire. I've been thinking about steel lines on mine, so because of that, I put it in the disadvantage list
