  Who's down for some oxtails!! Recipe: I cook oxtails the traditional way. I braise them on both sides until I get the desired color I want them. Then add onion, celery, and bell peppers, add beef stock and garlic and onion powder, and seasoning of your choice. Boil for a couple of hours or until they are good and tender, if you want you can make a roux for gravy and serve over rice!!!
