Flower Design & Therapy, Building our Dream Ranch, & Coaching background helps relay motivational messages
Growing up on our family flower farm allowed me to understand agriculture, product knowledge, production, logistics, marketing and sales. As well as sharing the beauty of what we do (tulips, lilies, & other cut flowers) with our local community.
In my thirties I began on a personal growth search. This lead me to get certified in Guided Imagery, Hypnotherapy, NLP, and Coaching. My passion is to help the stuck see a different perspective that opens up their whole world to a new reality. I know this is possible, because I experienced it.
We are all going through the human experience in our own way...
What impact do you want to have on yourself, your family, your community, & the world?
You matter, you are loved, and you are amazing!

I love how all these people on here call there barns pole barns, once you turn a round pole into a square it's not a pole it's a timber there for your barn is not a pole barn it's a timber frame barn.
gotcha, thanks for the info
Pole construction depends 100% on the pole in the ground for structural integrity. It is the pole in the ground which resists racking. The concrete keeps the pole from sinking. If there are diagonals or structural sheathing it is frame construction. Post and beam construction depends on the joinery of the timbers. This looks like frame construction but it is a combination of techniques so it can be called whatever they want.
@@williammartin2593 thank you 😃
I just found your channel , the way you build the polls barns like this it’ll last for ever , deep and concrete is the best way to do it , great work , I can’t wait for the next video , SUBSCRIBED.
Thanks so much!!!!
Awesome pole barn video
I used to build pole barns for Away. One barn we drilled the holes (3' diameter) in the ground and the owner had a loose ram and a couple of ewes. That freaking ram would butt us if we weren't looking. So this ram was backing up for a charge and backed right into a hole. Filled that hole completely. Just its head above ground. We had no idea how to get it out. The owner came up with a tractor and bucket. Rope around the ram's horns, to bucket, and he lifted that ram right out. Didn't seem to bother the ram. Lots of good memories.
Sounds like quite an experience 😂
Lol

At times, being an empath can feel like a curse, especially when it leads to emotional overload. The ability to deeply feel others' emotions-whether joy, sorrow, or anything in between-can be exhausting and overwhelming. Without proper boundaries, an empath can struggle to distinguish between their own feelings and those of others, leading to emotional burnout and fatigue. However, this profound sensitivity can also be seen as a tremendous gift. It fosters deep connections, empathy, and understanding, allowing empaths to relate to people on a profound level. This can make empaths excellent friends, partners, and caregivers, as they can offer genuine support and compassion. Their innate ability to understand and feel what others are experiencing can be a source of comfort and healing for many. Elevating this trait to the realm of a superpower, empaths possess a unique ability to navigate the world with a deep sense of intuition and emotional intelligence. This can be a powerful tool in various fields such as counseling, teaching, healthcare, and any role requiring negotiation and mediation. When harnessed correctly, this ability can lead to significant positive impacts on the lives of others and society at large. The key for empaths is to learn how to manage this trait effectively-setting healthy emotional boundaries, practicing self-care, and using their empathic abilities consciously and constructively. Like any powerful tool, it can cause harm or bring about incredible benefits, depending on how it is used. Being an empath can indeed be a curse, a gift, or a superpower. It is not the trait itself but how one chooses to manage and utilize this profound sensitivity that determines its impact. With the right strategies and self-awareness, being an empath can be a deeply rewarding way to navigate the world.

Thank you for sharing this🤗 As you cut the stems, I could smell it through the phone😂 Yes, my regenerative space is outside, in the dirt, learning propagation, bringing my "little friends" back to life😊 It's grounding (pardon the pun)😁
appreciate your comments, fellow flower/grounding/garden friend! 🌷🌷
🌷🌷🌷
Best way to start the new year🤩🤩
Indeed, Happy New Year!
You forgot one -- "covert narcissist"
SUPER POWER! I'm an empath, HSP, intuitive and extroverted introvert. 😳😂It has taken a while to understand all of this. It still gives me some "issues" BUT in the long run I find it is all really a gift! Good for you!
Love it! I agree, it does take a while to understand it. But wow, when you embrace it, it's a Super Power indeed! 🌷🌷
Hi, this is the first video I've seen of field grown hippis. Since you don't remove the outer dried scales, how in the world do you know if it's infested with a Narcissus fly grub? I live in NY, and all 4 that I planted outdoors last summer were affected, which I wouldn't have known, until I took all the dried skins off and found the entrance hole and then the big caverns inside. The fly affects all of N America. I'd prefer to cut the necks back too when they go into storage, but I have a plant to keep my 18 new bulbs safe this spring/summer, until the fly mating season is over with!
We keep them in storage until we plant them in October in greenhouses for our cut flower production. They are in a controlled environment and not exposed to too much moisture
Such a pretty arrangement....nice plants and the pot is a beauty ❤ thank you for posting.
Thanks so much!
Wow, wonderful idea, friend. Merry Christmas!
Nice work ladies ❤
Thank you!
I ❤️Arizona!
me too!!!!
Ужас. Какие не чищенные, не обработаные луковицы сажает. Ещё и глубако, в маленькие горшки. Мох не нужен, луковка загниёт, просто ужасная посадка. Мне жаль луки
How about daffodils? I love the red tulips with the yellow daffodils… is it too late for them? I’m in central NC!
Thank you for asking. I just planted some daffodils along with my tulips as well. as long as the bulb is heatlhy, they should come up in the spring. they may bloom later than normal though 🌷
@@nicolettesinspirationsThank you for your reply😊 So, later meaning after the tulips are finished possibly? What about the following year… will they always bloom later than the tulips since they were planted later, or will they normalize after having been in the ground through a year’s cycle? …just wondering. (I know nothing about perennials and have put them off since buying our house - mostly because they are not cheap!). Do you happen to know about Irises? My parent’s old farm house still has pretty purple irises that bloom -even though no one lives there now. Could I replant them to my house and when would I do that? (again in central NC).
Daffs will just be later, maybe at the same time as tulips. All depends on weather and climate. The following year they will bloom at normal time in the spring
I'm following you on FB Steven Williams
Thank you!! 🌷
