Aluminum gearbox is a must for that truck also aluminum diff housing. The stock plastic will probably melt over time. Might as well go all out🎉

Bro that big boy floats! But if you dont land properly it will break every time. I use a 800kv in my max 4 mega kraton just because the 560motors are slow. The diffs will be your worse nightmare! Bash on!

Sounds like things are coming together nicely for the RC portion of your life Chef… can’t wait till you get over to the clay pack track area… you can make some cool bashing areas and your yard could be another awesome bashing area.remember, my crippled ass is here in Florida and I have a Silverado that loads me in the drivers seat wheelchair and all. I am slowly getting use to driving . But when I get comfortable i’m coming to bash at Aldo’s meat pit. I would really dig it if you were there too. Who knows, down the road we might run some RC’s 💪🏻. Arrmageddon next year for sure!! I pussed out this year, and I had a ticket! I’m just a bit embarrassed about not being able to walk and needing help with things. I haven’t done nothing since my accident 3 years ago… Arrmageddon was going to be the first… that didn’t work… I want to RC bro, rc’ing with friends is so much fun… I miss it! Boy, I have built some monsters while being stuck in a medical bed for years bro… want to run them🇺🇸💪🏻

I wasn’t supposed to walk again but I kept at it and I’ve got feeling back in my legs and just need help that I don’t get to walk again. Anyway, when my two million dollar lawsuit rolls in I’ll bet everyone wants to help then😳… but I am getting the best specialists and therapist in my area (Venice Fl) and ivWILL walk again. Traxxas in general has been horrible. Sledge has been the worst RC I’ve owned. Don’t bash it and car has about 20-30 cycles on it. To date replaced the pinion at least 5 times, spur is on number 3, motor burned up, then speed controller, now have the HR motor shims and hardened steel pinion and spur. Rear diff grenaded yesterday so yup next on the list. XRT similar experience, run 1 and pinion and spur shredded, replaced with hardened steel set and car ran fine until few days ago when I started experiencing motor drag. So now that one will have to go back to Traxxas. The XRT has < 10 runs and is about a month old. Sledge is about 6 months old.

You know I always hear in videos how the go pro fails lol. I never hear how a cell phone recording fails. This was the comparison I was looking for, I'm new to the bug basher idea. I love my scx6. One thing looking at these two I see right off the batt is that the xrt has much beefier looking upper a arms.
