Heya great tour! Am looking at a lazy daze myself. Any other gotchas to look out for besides the back leak? Also, mind sharing an approximate cost to get your rv looking good? :) Thanks so much for the info!
@uturn8563 Жыл бұрын
Hi Nikki, there is a lot of stuff that can go wrong with RV's but Lazy Daze is a good brand so less chance of bad luck. The older models have an extra window in the front top (where the bed is located). These also often fail. Inspect the RV thoroughly for water damage and rust and check maintenance records if there are any. We spend about $8K on the interior and exterior make over (not including solar). Thanks

So impressive! We just got an '89 Lazy Daze and are beginning a reno, so many good ideas here. The couches you created look amazing, are they comfortable? Is there anything you would have done differently?
@erlindecornelis5457 Жыл бұрын
Thank you :) Good luck with your renovation!! The couch was actually really comfortable - We went to an upholsterer, picked out a cushion based on our preferred thickness/firmness, and then had it covered with the faux leather (cognac color). It looked like real leather and was super easy to wipe clean wen needed (water/spill repellant). To my surprise it wasn't a sticky/sweaty fabric. I don't think there's anything we would have done differently in terms of remodel (I must admit we were incredibly in love with our RV, and I kinda regret selling it). If anything, maybe we would have sprayed water/moisture repellant spray on all the fabric blinds, because that would help prevent little mold spots due to humidity/condensation on the windows. Other than that, nothing we would have done differently :)
