Yay, finally a youtube channel i really need 😂
Sooooo happy to hear that 😊 let me know if you have any particular things you would love to hear about in the future. I will take that into account :)
Thanks for sharing Nik! Japanese cuisine is easily my favorite too. Cheers!
Appreciate the feedback, Felipe 😌🙏 Glad we are on the same page!
You inspired us with your food blog! Thank you! This is definitely motivating.
Sure 😁 anytime!
Looks tasty;) But that combo with a beer 😂
100% true hehe
I told you sake will complement your dinner, he chose Mexican beer. He explores new things.
Sake should be inside Gyoza, not inside the chef 😂 But, having sake with Gyoza is not a crime!
Thanks a lot :)
Hey nik as a fellow content creator i love being productive and would love to connect anytime soon sharing values and ideas despite we have different niche since m a doctor but yeah productivity is my hobby

Always welcome 😌🙏
Great tips!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for this cool video!
Appreciate the feedback :)
You motivated me, thanks!
Glad to hear that!
First 🙏
Let's goooooooo ;)
@@nikitsol another great video. Loved it.
@@minimalisteve1 Really appreciate it, Steve ;)
@@nikitsol you're very welcome 🙏
This one so far is the true minimalist edc video I have seen on KZread. Most edc videos carry expensive gadgets.
Because those are my actual personal things. No strings attached. Just the way I actually go out. Cheers, brother ;)
You had me with the funky intro music. Hi from the UK. New sub right here 👍
Hey, Steve! Super pleased to have you here. Thanks for your sub mate 😌🙏
@@nikitsol hi. You're very welcome. Great channel 👍
Like for Victorinox ❤
Thank you, Kamil! Glad we are on the same page :)
Hi Nik! Solid choices. I carry a multicolor pen when I carry a notebook or datebook. More function in about the same size. You mentioned cords, but why not add a powerbank? There are many lightweight but high-capacity powerbanks available these days. And I always throw a multitool in my backpack. Because you might need to fix something. I also keep a small spray bottle of alcohol. And of course you know I'd have a flashlight. Olight Arkfeld, Rovyvon E30, Nitecore EDC27 or a Coast Slayer. Something flat like that.
I don't carry a powerbank because of my good habit to keep my electronics charged in advance. So, it's mostly for my laptop, which can run out of battery If the work is intense. A tablet and a phone can easily go through a day without dropping batter too low. But, I feel that you are waaaay more thoughtful abour your EDC. Anyway, you know the scenario for every item in your list, so I am really happy that you can make the most out of them. That somehow makes you a minimalist too, though you didn't intent to be the one haha
@@nikitsol I carry the minimum that I think that I need, so in that sense maybe. But the minimum I think I need includes a backup of almost everything (small light, large light; small SAK, large SAK; keys, backup keys...). I think a true minimalist trusts that the one item they have for each task will be enough. But that's my own definition.
Do you put a snack in other than gum? Like a protein bar?
Occasionally. It depends on how long I will be away from home and what activities I will be doing. If it's not for too long, I won't be using a snack. But, if it's a whole day I not only take a snack, but eat out somewhere as well. What about you?
@@nikitsol, i always at least carry a protein bar and some type of healthy snack. I try not to eat out.
@@Mileko-fv5pb Good for you, mate. I eat healthy stuff 80% of the week to achieve my sports goals. But, I preserve those 20% on eating out, when I have to. Anyway, eating out might be healthy too. But, having something with you can help you to avoid long breaks between meals. So, kudos to you for that!
a flashlight n victorinox
A good addition. Though I have a flashlight on my phone, I try to rely on it. But, having a backup is not a bad idea at all 🔥
The actually used EDC! Awesome.
Super happy that you loved it. Thank you! :)
what alternative apple pencil is that?
This one, as far as I remember: www.amazon.com/2018-2022-Baseus-Wireless-Palm-Rejection-Compatible/dp/B0C5XPGNLB But there are tons of them to consider tbh. And, this one costs even less than I said in video now :)
Happy to see that it's not just me that likes to carry physical notebooks :) two other things I like to carry in my sling pack: some sort of hand wipes (habit from the covid pandemic) and whatever book i'm reading at the moment (i guess you could have something like that on the ipad, but i prefer to have physical books). Cheers Nik, great video!
Thanks for your feedback, Felipe. Hand wipes is a good move. Sometimes I carry them as well, but it's not a rule for me so I might even suffer from not taking them along haha. I read from my phone. It's screen resolution (6.5 in I guess) is enough for me to read with comfort, so it's been a long time since I read an actual physical book lol. But, I remember those days when I did the same way. It's always a better option to read a paper book, than to read from the screen. So, totally get your motivation. For me it's about weight and pleasure. And at most times, weight wins hehe
sir, I like your content
I really appreciate it, Josef. Hope you are catching up for more 😌🙏
@@nikitsol sure, also may I ask if you have a community discord or something like that?
@@josef6126 I don't have it so far. Though I am developing this idea for the future when I get a little more audience. Meanwhile, you can always email me or drop a message in IG. Please, check my channel descriptions to find the details :)
1 like = 1 push up
Settled. Give me 1,000 of them or 10,000 of them and... I am not sure if I do it 😂 But I will try anyway.
94 so far! Lol
Is the backpack itself heavy?
Heavy is not the word. It's solid, hence it has a durable material, which has a weight. So it might be slightly heavier when you first grab it. But, when you fill it with stuff, it magically appears light on your back.
Wow this is good 🙌
Thanks a bunch 😌🙏
yet most realistic edc
Super happy to hear that 😌🙏
Good!
Thank you 💪
Nice backpack and the way you pack it while going out to work 👍
Appreciate the feedback 🙏
Nice! I am subscriber 500! Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket today.
Let's gooooooo, Fred. Appreciate you brother. You definitely should ;)
Cool video but I just couldn't do it. No pen? No notebook? No flashlight? No handkerchief? (mostly used to clean glasses but still). I also always have a lighter. Just because. Also good to have a spare key (needed it only once when my door key broke in the lock). And a backup SAK (one 91mm, one 58mm). I love that you have a comb. I always carry a comb. That seems to be something that is out of style these days. Maybe I'm just a maximalist.
If you use all the things you just mentioned, it doesn't make you a maximalist. It's just the way you are so I for me it seems totally okay. But, I have recently issued a backpack video when I go out for a day to work outside home. So, I would be curious what you could potentially add to my backpack EDC to make it full from your point ;)
@@nikitsol I need to watch that video. I am guessing that you wouldn't like how much I keep in my backpack!
@@fredfinger7092 You surely do. Let me know your feedback in the comments, man ;)
Thanks for sharing Nik. I've never been a workout kind of guy and always have been pretty skinny. Since last year I've been dedicating my time more and more to going on longer walks through the woods. I understand that it doesn't exactly count as exercise but it's a great opportunity to meditate and get some fresh air :)
My pleasure, Felipe! I am glad you loved it. But, I should disagree with you. Your longer walks is the way you stay active and contribute to your mental and physical health. So, I'd count that for ya ;)
The real glow up 😍
Thank you so much 🌝🙏
Super 👍❤
Thank you! Cheers!
Good🎉
Thanks

Thank you!
What a story! Really motivational. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for the feedback 🙏
Don't read books.. Implement books concept in our day to day life.. I know few fools they read books daily but they not aware what they read and how to implement in life...😂😂
That's a fact. Some people don't even know why they read. For me it's better to read 1 book instead of 10, but give it a good and profound thought.
what time do you tend to sleep so you can wake up so early?
A good question though. I try to go to bed at around 10:30 PM. Usually this time between 10:30 PM and 5:45 is enough for me to recover. However, I can go to sleep earlier sometimes or wake up later depending on how tired I am.
@@nikitsol thanks!

Hello, what is the laptop and emg models, please? Thank you for sharing, Nik. 🙏
Hey! Thanks for the feedback, Frederica! I use HP EliteBook 840 G5. But I don't know what emg is. So, please clarify and I will let you know :)
@@nikitsol the emg are the (earphones) I believe that's what they're called. I apologise if it's incorrect 😞 are they good as an ear monitor? Do you use them to edit?
@@federicacaruana no worries. IEMs I believe they're called, so I couldn't find the right word in Google :) This is OnePlus Buds Z and they are awesome. They even have a noise-cancellation feature. I use them when I do sports and when I am on the go mostly. But for editing and listening to music I have wired TRUTHEAR x Crinacle ZERO.
@@nikitsol correct iems is the name! How did you find them are they accurate when monitoring sound?
Deep dived into the KZread segment for audiophiles 😂 + read some articles, reviews and comparisons. So, if you want to find the best IEM for your needs, research is the only way there.
Thank you Nik for the tips. I just recently got interested into living a slower, minimalistic life and I appreciate how grounded, simple, and realistic your tips/routine is. I'll definitely incorporate the tips into my routine evolution :)
Genuinely appreciate your feedback and I am super glad that my content has helped you to improve your current routine (and maybe life). We are doing it all together here, so.... Let's goooo 🌝💪
lol you packed nothing... I fit more than this in a 22L backpack.
It's a practical measure and it is intended :) I always buy something when I travel. When it is not for me, it's for my family or friends (souvenirs or whatever it is). So, the rest of the place is for things that going to appear. If they don't I still travel light.
@@nikitsol no need for this pack m8

I really appreciate your kind words, Michael! Thank you so much :)
Do you work for yourself? At home?
I do. I run a content marketing agency, so I work from home most of the time :)
😍👍💯
