This is the design engineers of the future, we're in big trouble in America as most of us know... Removing it is a breeze, but if you have arthritis or any muscle related disease(s) such as Myasthenia Gravis, put it down and walk away before you go into a crisis... Now on to the Francis Scott Key Bridge, God help us, because the universities are only teaching perversion and propaganda... Everything going as planned... It will be the Chinese that will have the ingenuity to create design and build structures to marvel at... We can't design and build a simple ash catcher

Ha ha why would you even upload this. Absolute waste of time. And don’t get me started on using the pizza stone…..and then putting a metal tray on top of it. I’m creased.

How is this "cleaning the grill"!!!? I didn't see any cleaning. Fast, and short is good but some things need just a little bit more ... and responding is also appreciated.

How do you do steaks with lid closed (even with fully opened vents) ... as the first side (upper) tends to start "stewing"?

I bench 350 and still can't get the handle to budge when pressure is applied. Not to mention getting the nubs lined up with the holes. What nimrod designed this piece?

I bought this in August 2013 for £279. Seven and a half years later it now costs £515. Apart from the flavorizer bars rusting through the Weber has been faultless but now represents poor value for money.

So, instead of fixing main problems like the wobbly, thin and cheap legs they invent the hinge which does not work properly. And KZreadrs gonna find a solution to fix it ( set the springs on another position). Wow, Weber, thats impressing.

Totally agree this concept just isn’t good enough from Weber, they replaced the hinge lower section and have now ordered a new lid and bowl,,,,, roll on end of Nov for delivery! So disappointed and frustrated they know there’s an issue and just throw parts at it. I’ve wasted money and missed the boat now to used it this year.....

Every time I remove the ash catcher it take so long to get it back on and adjusted properly I don’t feel like barbecuing anymore and it’s just not me and my husband can’t get it on either poorly designed. Do you weather fix it

Is there any risk of damagining the lid handle with this method of lightning charcoal ? As it sits directly on top of the diffused heat I don't know wheter or not I should risk lightning the charcoals in the gril directly or separately and pouring them in
