Peashooter ftw he has showj shown to be extremely experienced abd has giod battle ip as for when he was born he was always fighting and his enhanced senses make it impossible for red sneak up on him as he can still easily hit zombies even when they are invisible or he can't see them and has lots of more training from crazy dave anti karate training towards his ninjs training and military training and experience him fighting tons of experience masters or skilled martial arts and other zombies he has shown to be intelligent and idk why people ignore the fact that in pvz 2 events the plants can talk and understand humans and are actual characters not just only a Species such as him being the main peashooter thoughout all the games and his hax makes it really hard for red to win par with the fact that of peashooters forms are actual forms he can turn into and his regeneration and Immortality make it even harder for red to win and all of this getting more consistent with not versions of red being the same and rather because of the angryverse they are all different parallel versions of red with the only ones being the same red being classic space idw and transformers red with the dream dimension one just being one of reds dreams and if we use comics peashooter hax and weapons gets buff more but does get his idw transformers form and all the battle ip and experience of Optimius prime (which is millions of years) but peashooter has experience fighting characters like the gnomes who state they has existed before the planet and stars and know that before the earth formed that the plants and zombies were going to fight them and has always been watching him and has experience 3 infinites(aka has lived for that long) speed being extremely consistent with peashooter having at lowest mftl speeds to mid ball infinite to inaccessible to immeasurable speeds and theurs more i couod on about but hey i like to see your take on it
