After owning both the supercharged V8 Jaguar and the quattroporte SI have to say that while the Jaguar has a more cosseting softer ride I think the Maserati is a better (more engaging) all-rounder. Thanks for the video and God bless.

Might be rare in your nation but its stand in the uk . Must be usa vdp are not sold any where else. What make this car VDP as there nothing special on it everything is base jaguar sovereign. Normally VDP would have individual rear seats and be extra special Top spec cars normal daimler vdp

I’m looking to purchase a 2007 or 2008 in Cali and man. I found one I liked but the owner was tryna scam. It produces white smoke from the tailpipes/exhaust pipes. The radio and rear entertainment doesn’t work and the screen on the passenger side doesn’t operate correctly. He is asking 7.9. as it. Says it has 85K. The white smoke alone is 5-8K to repair. If not more. Depending on how many leaks and seals need repair.

How is the front bumper when going over speed bumps and steep driveway entrances? Any trouble with the car being so low? Beautiful!

The DB9 does sit pretty low to the ground. You will have to slow down to get past those neighborhood speed bumps without damaging the front bumper.

This is a gorgeous XJR 100 Vlad! My father had one of these (along with multiple other Jags), and it was a beautiful driving and looking car, especially in this color combination. I remember commenting on one of your videos from a few years ago that you weren't putting the link to the listing on your website or even the name of your business/website anywhere in the video literature. This kills me from a (free) marketing standpoint, lol. Anyway, good luck with the sale of this gorgeous Jag XJR! 👍

I am picking up a low mileage 2007 XJR tomorrow., and I can hardly wait to drive it back home. These XJR's are getting hard to find in great shape with low miles like this one you are featuring. I wanted one so bad I am selling my 2008 Vanden Plas to add it to the collection.

Hi Valentin. I've had two Sport GTS in the past and today, I did it again! It's a 2010, grigio granito, not the fullest optioned car, but very special with sabbia leather and wood inside! Well, i just wanted to tell you what a Maserati engineer told me back in 2010, just before I got my first one. The GTS also has 430hp, just as the S, only if you press the sport button i has the +10hp. The S is very underrated and I thought about getting one, but the GTS is so rare and it's just what I need. Also got me a 2005 Continental GT for bad weather, due to the AWD. ✌🏼😆 I like your videos, cheers from Germany.

If you are concerned with noise, you should know that these "ragtops" are a lot quieter than you expect! In fact, check out the latter part of the video, after i closed the top 😊

I know, the Jaguar reliability before the Ford takeover was far from great. However, things improved after said event to the point where these XK8 and XJ8 are the most reliable English imports.

This is actually more reliable than the german alternatives back then. They knew they had something to prove in terms of reliability, so they did. Only the Peugeot diesel is problematic on this generation.
