Good fighter with potential. Here are some extra tips for you and me ofcourse, Try better foot work, Dont afraid to puch dont wait till one of you start to punch, dont stand on your feet but only the front feet like your jump roping keep gaurd up and when gaurd up and getting punched dont look on ground but rather keep your head forward. Try first to spar only with your hands not with kicks so you may be comfortable with punching and getting punch. Also watch youtube tutorials's to have increase knowledge.

Bro if you haven't already joined your local boxing gym... then posting this video is an absolute waste of time. you need to learn the fundamentals first -none of that fancy head movement or trying to box with your hands down. that is for advanced boxers only - doing that will only develop bad habits which will be hard to break out of when you actually learn how to box properly.

white is always moving left so black should learn to notice his movement patterns and find counterattacks. Black looks a bit hesitant multiple times white drops his guard but black doesnt attack should focus on setting up his opponent with jabs and low/mid kicks. since white has no muay thai experience should focus on his footwork and technique to generate more power in his kicks but yeah im no expert fighter or whatever but thats my thoughts good spar 👍

Hands up. You both keep dropping your stance and guard. I would knock you out in one second. Curly hair guy: what's the point of the philly shell if you just lean back, keep your right hand further out so you can throw it - don't lock it up under your chin. Long-haired guy: don't go in with your guard down in a straight path.

So let me get this straight: You upload a video on KZread supposedly asking for critique while doing the single most BASIC and IMPORTANT thing completely WRONG? Your movement is how I envision people who haven't even heard the word "spar" would move. You can't NOT know that, you have an internet connection and a KZread account. It's not a freestyle/MMA thing either, i'm not talking about stance, guard etc. you are CROSSING your legs CONSTANTLY, an 8 year old could probably knock you down. Use your KZread account and drill the basics of forward and sideways movement. (As orthodox) Want to go left? -> Left leg first. Want to go right? -> Right leg first. Do it at home without cameras and social media involved. Good luck.
