  So simple yet so nice! I keep hearing people say that balloon garlands are on their way out, but I just have a really difficult time believing that. They elevate party decor so much.

  Thank you! These were fairly small setups and the first took me about 1 hour and the second took about 2.5 hours :)

  Does every balloon artist fit the balloons inside the numbers or is it just you? I never knew that’s how it was done, just assumed balloons were behind the numbers. I love it!
