Lift the roll cage off, lift the tank and radio box out, line the bottom of the chassis with the cable and into the radio box using a gromit to create a seal - perfectly hidden killswitch 👍🏻

WOW...used to go there in the late '60's to the '80's when we used to fly control line. We loved Peter "Tiny" Cernauskas with his big cigar. Bought most of our stuff there, motors, kits, slot cars, we raced on his slot car track a few times too. We were originally from Ozone Park then moved to L.I. (Babylon) in '66 and made the trip. Now in Virginia since '94 and think of that shop often...great memories !!!

Hello would you be able to help me out. I have a 1/5 HSP BUGGY 26CC - an I'm trying to take all 4 bottom arm's off. how dose the pin come out at diff end of the arm ??? thanks for your help

  • @monstergamer2

DAVE RAYNER hey my friend, unfortunately I'm not too familiar with your car, but if it's like the HPI Baja in anyway, it would have 2E clips on either side of the shaft holding down the bottom and a arm. In which you would have to grab a needle nose pliers and pull one of the 2E clips out. Then slide the shaft freeing the a arms from the chassis. Hope this helps have a good one my friend and thank you for subscribing

It's totally shit, if you like running outdoors and on dirt and sand. There's actually no reason why you could get this. I'm being totally honest with you is a waste of money and I broke to drive shafts. If our you I would stick with the open diff unless you're only and I mean specifically running in sand.

I did this mod also, but you are using standard screws. hpi baja has metric screws. 4m is the perfect screw that will fit with out drilling. 4m 5m and 6m are the most common size on the Baja. 6m size are the bigger screws that's are used on the engine and clutch carrier area.
