  My knee has never stoped hurting since my patella repair. In recent x-rays, they show that the wire is broken. The patella is fully healed, however could the broken wire be causing soft tissue irritation and pain? What is the recovery time for the removal of the wire?

  hey sir i got diagnosed with deuqervain 3 years ago and i got some cortizon injection but the sympomts are cameback after few weeks. im living with it since then and my wrist is hurting really bad time to time and my wrist crepitus in these 3 years. My question is am i still eligible for the surgery ?

  Yes in this case there was no bone defect as it was a young patient. GT and LT both had good bone stock. Hence I didn't use it.

  An approach called coxa femoral bypass fr communited IT hemiarthroplasty.... in tat such reconstruction can b done is there any others method f reconstruction of GT sir....if u cud elaborate....
