  When life gives you a lot of heavy pressure about work and family... you should also give yourself some relaxation time to rebalance yourself, then turn on the noise.   I love this but why the loud commercial a few hours in ?? At least give a warning if this is going to occur. It woke me up and the point of playing this was to drown out noises that wake me up!!

  I really wish there was a quick way to tell if this kind of stuff works. I don't want to use it for 30 days to find out that, nope, it doesn't do a thing. And of course I can't trust the comments. Am I the only one being real here? I listened once and, well, did I get happier? Not that I could tell. I'm giving it one more try right now. Maybe I'll give y'all an update later.

  Totally agree. Although I don't trust the comments much. They all seem like bots with the huge use of emoji's and "........". I always see that with bots lol. But one thing with binural beats is that you have to have a bit of a positive outlook on it. It's not going to work if you force yourself to be skeptical. Binural beats only manipulate your brain frequency but YOU still need to do the rest of the work. All this does is makes it easier for you. So in a way, you need to trick yourself into being happy & binural beats will make it easier for you to do that.

  I was at my grandmas house with no fan. This helped me go to sleep so fast. Also I can feel the cold air from the fan into my face (because I am laying in bed right now lol) and it feels great. If you need help sleeping yeah just turn the video on, plug your phone up, and get to sleep!

  One day I saw a bird sleeping in snow. I know birds don’t sleep in snow... but it’s sad to think it would just die with no meaning. No one loving it, or even knowing it. It gets cold sometimes, expecally when I’m sleeping. Do I even mean anything to anyone?
