  We are talking about ucl team and no modric and kroos...this duo won 4 ucl pairing together with the iconic threepeat..these guys should stop making these bullshit teams. They dont really give the credits to the people who actually conquered it. Just imagine how hard it is to win it three in a row that even the invincible barca could not play back to back finals let alone winning it. When it comes to UCL Modric-Kroos duo are better than xavi-iniesta.

  Champions League dream team of all time without Raul makes no sense. The guy held those records till Ronaldo and Messi broke them, for so many years. Didn't take penalties, often shunted out of position to accommodate star names like Ronaldo, Nistelrooy, Owen. In an era when goals didn't flow as much, and in an era when Real weren't as dominant in the Champions league (didn't reach as many semis and finals as they do now). Anyone who followed football during the length of his career, only Ronaldo and Henry were arguably better/on same level as him. And both of them didn't get as many Champions League goals. He isn't talked about enough because he wasn't a very flamboyant person/player, always out of any controversy. A bit like Modric today. If I had to give a modern day example, he was the combination of the best qualities of Thomas Muller and Wayne Rooney.

  You know that all this exercise is BS the moment he speacks about Maldini's left foot!!! Yeah, he was a left back for many years, but he was right footed!!! For some reason this kind of shows always feel like they're trying to rewrite history and validate some kind of official script.

  The fact that Modric isn't there is honestly a travesty, and it makes me kind of ignore this CL list. Dude is a 5 time CL winner, and a Balon d'Or winner. In fact, that can be said of a lot of Real Madrid players of the past 10 years. I would've said fine at putting Roberto Carlos above Marcelo in 2014, but I think Marcelo has surpassed him, especially in the CL. Another 5 time CL winner, and the defenser with the most assists in the CL.
