earlier videos were made with Photoshop and Image ready and then mixed with music in Windows Moviemaker. The music was recorded using a cheap 667mhz 256 ram Aldi computer and an Audiophile 2496 soundcard, with Shure mikes hooked up to a 4 track Behringer mixer.
Now we are using magix video deluxe 15 and a faster better pimped up computer enabling multicam edits, chroma keying and loads of effects. I invite my musically inclined friends to come and record something then I try to make a video that somehow corresponds to the music, its usually good fun and it keeps me off the bottle. Its an eclectic mix ranging from dub reggae to French chansons, drum and bass, popsongs, protest songs to whatever, anything goes.
Any one interested in having a video made then send me a message.
If your happy then I'm happy and if we're happy then everyone's happy.

I been battling this mess for years, some years pull up hay bale size amounts. My whole backyard is full of it coming from neighbors property. It half killed my backyard tree and I think was part to blame killing my front one. I'll pull and dig it up, put stuff down to kill it and it sometimes will still end up the fence a couple to few weeks later. Vines sometimes Tarzan could swing from growing across the yard under ground and baseball bat thick stumps for the source. It loves growing under my fence along the sidewalk and fence between me and neighbors. It'll come up between boards and bust the fence apart. I always wear long sleeve and gloves removing it, but it never fails to put tons of rash blisters all over my wrist, hands and forearms and easily spreads to other body parts. Absolutely hate this hellish plant. It has made trying to care for my backyard a nightmarish hell for many, many years, and then I see video after video, folks promoting planting it and spreading it about, since a chunk of the population does not rash out when their body touches this mess. I think they'd feel differently about it if they were affected the same way it rashes up others.

It’s hard to tell but your mystery plant might be chickweed (Stellaria media) which is edible. These vids always make me eager to get outside and work in the garden. Vacation planned for next week so fingers crossed the weather holds. Really curious to see how you do with your new plants. Never tried them so don’t know how easy or fussy they are. Best of luck & happy gardening!

So THAT'S why I couldn't get it to work!! Jeez. Thank you for this video! Very, very informative!! Doesn't matter if the video is 12 years old, the little H2 is an awesome recorder even by today's standards! And now it can record from my mini shotgun mic when needed! Or a lapel like yours! I tell you, it's not often that I find the exact video I need on youtube with my first search. Then again, what I search is usually an obscure function on an obscure gadget. Like the camera I'm using, seems Sony made it especially for the Indian market, meaning it's throttled and quirky, and there aren't any videos of the info I need. So youtube makes 75% of the search result videos about other, more universally marketed models. But thank you for posting this vid! And thank you for leaving it up! It's still relevant!

My wife was diagnosed with cancer 4 years ago and had some pretty aggressive surgery. Thankfully, she is still cancer free and, hopefully, hits the 5 year milestone in September. A cancer diagnosis in your own home is very different to hearing about someone else having it. You are absolutely right about accepting things as they are because we could drive ourselves mad(der?) thinking "What if?" You have a good attitude and that makes it more comfortable for people around you to deal with your condition. Best Wishes, Brendan.

Right back to before when you gave me permission to use your Stop de cigarettes song on the e-cigarettes documentary I did, I've had some ongoing interest in the topics. After the pandemic, some medical interventions have introduced, at an industrial scale, a previously paused, experimental process - I won't explicitly use the v word. Whether it is a coincidence, correlation or whether there is causation, is not being directly funded for investigation. There are however a number of cases of cardio vascular disease and cancers being reported above what would previously have been expected. I think your assumption has significant foundation. There does equally seem to be a force of governance, preventing the open debate about such a development and even here on YT, there are substantial constraints about what can and cannot be discussed, often badged as misinformation rather than (in many cases) credible scientific fact-based investigation. There, of course, could be other factors we are being actively prevented from knowing or simply are as humanity unaware of. I sometime think about life and also think about the step we all go through at some point where we probably return to wherever we were before we were here - a bit like going home to whatever or wherever that is. In the meantime, we get by.

Absolutely cancer clusters are real. We live with toxins off gassing from so many products and in our foods. There are studies that show flows across the U.S. after nuclear testing. Also cancer testing has increased at least three times over curing , so with illness discovery numbers go up. Were also exposed to more EMFs along with cell signals which links have been found with both. Always wishing you the best and good health. Time passes so quickly. We have to grab it while we can.

According to stats found at NCBI article PMC10416989 it shows cancer has been in decline since around 2008 in Germany, the exception being a rise in lung cancer (collerates to a rising trend for vaping among younger people perhaps?). Trends can vary according to region & socio economic factors.

It does seem to be on the rise Garry. When I was a kid it was not common to hear the C word, but now they reckon one in two of us will get it! I think there are some things we can do to try and avoid it, one is not to spray chemicals (deodorants) on our bodies, I never use them. Then a wise old doctor I once knew said when you brush your teeth only use a small amount of toothpaste about the size of a pea on your toothbrush. Then we had the interventions a couple of years ago to protect us and stop it being transmitted as it was safe and effective but turns out it wasn't quite as they told us!? Then as you say background radiation from test in the past, pesticides in food, plastics etc etc. Chronic inflammation is on the rise, a lot is caused by poor diet and geo engineered wheat. Wheat in the past didn't cause as much trouble as it does these days. A friend of mine used to visit and stay with friends in the Ukraine a few years ago and mentioned how the wheat there was different and people didn't get the digestive issue's they now get. I think it was in the early 70's when they decided to modify wheat, then factor into the equation seed oils and we are just beginning to learn how bad they are for us! We also do not get nowhere near enough Vit D and other minerals like magnesium. They daily recommended dose of vit D is far far below what the body really needs, perhaps you know about that already. Vit D is needed to support the immune system, exposure to sunlight is just not enough especially as we get older. The skin does not make enough of it in older people and that is one of the reasons why older folk become at greater risk of cancer. Live long and prosper and take a super dose of Vit D, Vit C and Magnesium Sandy

  • @garryentropy

cheers sandy, I'M on the vit d, plus i also never use deo, chemicals blocking up your sweat pores doesnt seem right, good point about engineered wheat, not sure about that covid jab too, live long and prosper too!!

In the 50ties over here it was called 'K' because here - hush hush - it was a taboo. One did not speak of it. I can remember plenty of people suffering 'K' in my youth. And my parents' youth. But why ponder over stuff that is recorded and can be researched. The answer will be very complicated and confusing. Better health care, but less accessible health care with dips and curves through the 60ies 70ies 80ies 90ies. Better food, but also worse food. Older age, more chemicals in unknown mixes. But the Rhine river got cleaned up. Lower child mortality means weaker adult population. On and on. All these factors play a role. And then some. Here main cause of death looks to be dementia. It trumps lung cancer by 60%. In young people, it is suicide. So loads of different epidemics it seems. Meanwhile, truckloads of folk still die from stupid things like diarrhea or malaria - problems that could very easily be fixed. Personally, I'm well past 50 now and haven't a care in the world. That also means I will not be missed. I have plucked the fruits from progress, and I am willing to pay the hefty price. Not that I am without fear of the unknown to come - and, oh hell yeah, I do know the horror of being in hospitals. It will come. Again. No doubt. My girl just had a melanoma removed, and yesh, it was 'K'. She was in time, fair warning. Epidemic? hmmmn, nature has a way of dealing with plagues mayhapsz. Meeeanwhile - still looking good ol' Garry... Nice of you to keep us posted. Hang in there, even tough times can have a golden edge, the same way that live often seemed to be dull, and so we worried about all sorts of stuff we couldn't do d*ck about. cheers, Je Poes
