  Are you running any mods? I can't recall if you said so or not. I found a selection of good mods that don't change the gameplay and fix a lot of the bugs, here: i.imgur.com/4lpWJuk.png The lighting mod was only by preference since interiors were far too bright and made the pipboy light useless as no where was dark enough to warrant using them.   I thank you for the detailed list. I do not use any mods while playing fallout 3. I am not too well versed with them. I prefer to play fallout 3 with no mods for now. Perhaps in another playthrough I shall give mods a go. Thanks for commenting and liking the content!
