  It looks like the 1.0 update to the game may have corrected the crash problem. Or checking the integrity of the game files did. Or both. At least the save game loaded and didn't crash immediately. That means I may revisit Lucky Corners in the future after I've had a bit of a mental recovery from it.

  That was quite the traffic jam at the grain storage. Lol. I would love to play this game but its way to complicated for my poor old brain to comprehend. To many things going on at the same time. I will just have to stick to watching your KZread videos. Thanks for video!😀👍

  Yes, that was quite impressive. The real solution is to rejig it with several road cargo stations and split the traffic across them. Or find some modded trucks with slightly higher capacity.

  Yeah, the would be really blurry. I always upload at full resolution and the previous video does play at full resolution for me. KZread must have been slow with HD processing or some other glitch was going on.

  Frustrating, yes. I think they were all the standard issue "you messed with railroad stuff" crashes. I think there's a fix for some of that in the beta branch.

  I think Ostriv is the first game (at least the first I have ever played) where a barber is taking care of peoples' medical needs., That's of course historically correct, but other plays use doctors or herbalists. Probably because for most players the idea that the guy who is trimming their beard is also pulling their teeth is fairly outlandish 🙂

  The coal coming into the steel plant could be routed to a large storage and can feed the heating plant also if it is shifted close by and also keeps pollution away from the city.

  Damn i hoped to find a 1994 update keeping many things intact. I don't like the city/homeland interface i find it less engaging than the original game. Showing me my ship on the docks of the homeland and loading shit into the slots and all that felt better than just a small interface in the middle of the screen.

  Should have built the steel mill closer to the coal plant as it requires more coal and coal is also needed in more places so deliveries are slower. Also you should use the helicopters to deliver materials to construction sites which are not accessible by road, that will reduce build time.

  I told you dozens of episodes ago that you are murdering population with pollution, but you're ignorant and never bothered to build pollution monitoring station. You increased the pollution even more by increasing production of fuel and bitumen. Despite the stats are showing only 3 percent of pollution this is still the reason if low lifespan and deathwaves. Keep being stubborn and know better and you'll see more of your people dying. And even if you figure it out you can't do anything about it because your flats are surrounded by industry. Safe distance of industry is around 600 m from population. And water had nothing to do with it because it would affect your happiness, not the lifespan.

  I think pollution is affecting your population growth, you need to plan another city at least 1000m away from all industries and heating plants to grow faster.
