Nice job. I'm building something similar but going of an roll bar gonna go over the cab with the lights and already got two trans coolers mounted between the roll bars and I'm running a similar engine set up like u got plans for in mustang but with holly efi and a little bored over I ran and took out the e303 and swapped for a trick flow stage 1 it has a lot more bottom end torque with a 2500 stall and 513s I can spin over 47 inch tires just figured I'd chime in from experience e303 3000 to 5500 is great but sluggish on start and trick flow 2000 to 5000 makes for a whole nother animal

Hey bro! Just came across your channel. I'm having some starting issues and my 86 GT 5.0 V8 dies randomly sometimes. I'm 90% sure the alternator is the culprit but I'm concerned about my ignition switch as well. I've already replaced the battery, solenoid, and starter. What symptoms were you having when you knew your alternator went bad?
I would think your situation is the ignition lock cylinder which I have a video up of as well!! My alternator died in one night. Battery would not charge nor would the headlights stay on.
