The hunor ruins it for me. Kafka is never serious and acts like a 15 year old, not a 30 year old. The show is also really, really corny and the plot armor is exerremely apparent. All the other characters are good except for the MC.

Ngl I already know I'mma get flaq for saying this but Luffy Naruto Eren Asta I didn't watch the last two but I'm aware of them, including Bleach hence why I picked Naruto. I can't give an objective opinion over something I haven't watched or read, but the first should be obvious Luffy. I know I know I get it Goku is the Grandfather of Anime, Rip Akira- but Compared to One Piece a story that has been going strong since it's beginning only rising in popularity becoming a part of the big three, One Piece as a form of literature has way more accomplishments then Dragonball in it's entirety. You got like maybe 8 hype moments in DBZ completely but in One Piece you get a minimum of 12 lit moments every few episodes or chapters, let's also mention the shaky period Dragonball currently is in and was in for the longest time. Sure the movies were great but again they only prove my point, They are great but only for a moment. One Piece is Always pretty good, none of the arcs are truly "bad" one piece has always been going strong but Dragon ball has had some really rough periods of content. Plus ya know- The world building is pretty ass and Db not only revolutionized the anime industry nobody mentions how it also gave birth to the most disgusting fans ever. Aka the Power scalers:0 Y'all really ruined how people look at a few shows- also low blow but your creator is fucking dead. The idea of it can live and be recreated, reborn in another whatever. But That familiar connection between creation and creator is gone. As a Writer myself as rude as my words may sound not disgracing the legacy created and the teaching he gave his apprentice but to me cutting the connection between the creation and the creator is when the creation truly dies

Including some arcs weirdly enough and some characters despite everything technically having been written decently or rather well For example Ussop, Skypiea, Long Ring Island, Sanji, Luffy Ussop confuses me- specifically with what people say. He's weak and pathetic? Damn what are you judge? Saying things like he's bad because he's weak? Like wtf type of conclusions are these😭 Ussop has already objectively achieved his dream of becoming a brave warrior of the sea. He has gone through hell and back for his dream and friends- yet people call him still a coward? How! He is literally probably the bravest man on the sea canonically- Like how Nami is the best Navigator, Ussop is absolutely terrified all the time yet he still fights. That is TREMENDOUS COURAGE- how can you think anything different?

Yuji aura lowkey got downplayed, I feel like at minimum he should be near the top of Strong Aura or in Supreme Aura. He's actually cold when he has to be, he just usually doesn't (S2 E8 when he was obliterating a grade 1 grasshopper curse, or the iconic ''I am you'' scene)
