@pgpc6448 Yes that is a nice neighborhood, and it has an excellent location, right near HEB grocery store and easy access back to Ft Worth or in to Granbury's Town Square.
I love your story of the history here! Not a fan of the “ initiation/transfer” fee. Is there tract homes in pecan plantation area, not the country club or is this just a community of itself?
@pgpc6448 Glad you enjoyed the history of Pecan Planation. True, no one is a fan of the one-time "initiation/transfer" fee, but that is partially how they pay for the unbelievable amenities available at Pecan Plantation. There is a small area of homes inside Pecan with smaller homes around 1300-1500 sq ft. that are priced around the mid to high $300K. Somehow I overlooked including them in my video. Pecan is a community in itself, but it has a variety of housing and all homes have access to all of the amenities.

As a retiree… in a year, I’m looking to be outside of Fort Worth mainly because my family is in Wichita Falls and Austin. This small town may be too small. Selling my home b4 moving to Texas, the home prices here are phenomenal…..I’m looking for homes built between 1993-current yr.
