Q-4, Development Charges will be fix 25% (plot/land cost) for all and payment starts after Plot payment, Q-5, After 50% payment with 50% developed area, Plot must be handover to BWC Clients with NOC to start construction with peace of mind. Remaining 50% development will be continue. No one buys BWC files, plots and not pay Development Charges and Instalments.   Jinho ny 2023 mein files li hy un par 78% development charges lagay hein - Sab Bycot karen aur sub ko bataen anyone no buy BWC File or Plot - Bycote Karen, Public khud hi compagain launch post karen. Realtors mil kar apna pait bar rahy hein ki ko bi es Gareeb Awam ka eshas nahi hy.
